Brian DMan in charge was not on site. Why was i charged $ 115,5 at drop off location? Fuel was at the correct level. Unit was dropped off at location i was directed to.
Jack LWas just weird that they did not follow any type of intake procedure & provided no receipt/paperwork. Had no documentation to prove return of truck.
brandon STrailer was dropped off a few hours later as planned, but was harassed the entire time and even a few days after drop off! I do not take kindly to being called a thief simply because U-Haul didn't do their job! I should be getting a full refund for the hell I went through over this!
DANNY CDidn't help with disconnecting the trailer or moving it into the parking location . They also would not provide me any receipt or signature that I had dropped off the trailer.
Rick QWe brought back rental at 4:25, because had seen business hours as 4:30(posted on their door). We had extended rental an extra day and didn't expect to be bringing back in afternoon, but that was what we ended up doing. Because of this we hadn't noticed the hours on U-Haul website. There was employee out in the yard that told us they were closed. We left the truck there and employee locked gate after us. We had cleaned out entirely the truck back of any of our things(inc garbage). The truck cab had a little dust from blowing dust in air and our shoes. Nothing significant. We weren't expecting a late charge, seeing we had rented for extra day and returned before end of rental period. Also, disappointed to be charged a cleaning charge, when we had left nothing.
Eugene DThis was not my preferred drop off location. It was 70 miles round trip out of my way on a day that I had other plans.
Dennis WThe location was out of the way and in a heavily industrial area. Other than seeing ti orange and white I would not have gone in. The people were preoccupied with their main business and it took a while to get anyone to pay attention to me. Uhaul was clearly a secondary business for them. Tha place looked like a service station from the 50's in the back woods. The guy was not rude but not friendly. He just wanted to get the transaction over with.

Isaac SGot a call one week after dropping off truck that it hadn't been returned. I was also told I had driven 20000 miles in 36 hours. Thankfully I had all my paperwork with me. Just when I think it is all over I get a $30 charge 3 weeks later.
Stephen Sthe trailer I received needed a new tire, the one tire was new and other was horrible, no tread and dangerous! I wasted the entire next day trying to get a new tire, finally did with good service from you provider and Kim (your employee) at the Grant and Dodge St Tucson location.

Melvin LI made my reservation for 7am, got there at 7am and the app didnt get me get the track, i had to wait till 730 and the dolly that i reserved wasnt there..facility is good
MARIO BThis was the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. The gentleman there went above and beyond for me. I just drove in from Alaska and didn't know where to go. I consider myself fortunate to have worked with them. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone/everyone!
