Alex HNo suggestions for improvement. This place is great. The two fellas that run it are unique, friendly, helpful, and efficient! I've rented trailers from them and returned trailers to them. It's always a fabulous experience.

Fernando OThe owner was kind, however the other workers from the auto shop were not kind. They had a "guard dog" in the garage. We didn't know where to park, the only open "spot" to park was in front of one of the garages. The workers watched us drive in, watched us park and when I opened my door one guy came running - yelling "no stop, don't get out!!! The dog!!!" I quickly closed my door. They told us we couldn't park there was the dog could reach us (from the distance of his leash)z we backed out and parked in the middle. While I was inside , my BF was outside. He had his small service dog with him. While he was trying to make light convo with the workers, the workers were not so kind. One even threatened my BFs dog and him. Again, the owner was kind and very apologetic for his worker, however the worker would not apologize. Only stated it was a misunderstanding.

Leo BHelpful and courteous. This is a 40+ year old car repair shop in total disarray. Tim is a good guy. Certainly not your typical UHaul vender. However, he has the trailers in working order and on very short notice.
Robert CPick up was easy. Definitely will use this location again if needed.
Raul RStaff were friendly and courteous. This location is too small for the equipment offered. As a result, it was hard to get into and get out of. The parking area had a trash pile in it, and the area was crowded with vehicles being repaired. I did not like this location.

Herbert WAbsolutely nothing, Tim is your Ambassador and cares about U Haul and us the customer. He hooks us up, checks our lights and sends us on our way with a smile. Returns are quick and courteous on the ground at the trailer. You have a superior manager here who made our rental easy, professional and caring, thank you.

Dereon KThis pick up location was my second attempt to get the rental I had reserved the previous day. Please be aware that the location on 8511 I-10 Lot 2, Converse, TX 78109 is no longer a Uhaul dealer according to the owner that I spoke to. There is no equipment and the location was still listed on the Uhaul website and on Google maps.

Dex CI misidentified my drop off city and paid approximately $100 more than I should have. It was my error but no one has been able to assist me. I talked to the pickup and drop off locations and they both said it had to be Uhaul. I called Uhaul and they said the drop off location could request it.
