Not that it was their fault, but the trailer was not available and I ended up having to shift to a truck, which was supposed to be free of mileage charge. No limits were given, so when I turned the unit back in at the next location, I was charged mileage and was told I went over the allotted amount. I had no idea there was an allotted amount as it was supposed to be mileage free due to U-Haul screwing up my original rental which had been done weeks in advance. The fault lies with the U-Haul scheduling and how they operate like the airlines in overbooking a sold out flight betting that there will be availability. This did not work and then U-Haul's mistake cost me both gas and over mileage, so my rental was over twice as expensive as I had planned. This was NOT the fault of the pick up location as they were great with working with me. The fault lies squarely with U-Haul corporate.

David JReal nice folks an I will rent again from them. The first dolly I rented was damaged so bad I had to return it. Neither of us caught it, at first it was only missing a chain, no big deal. Then when I was getting ready no load the vehicle I noticed the tongue was severely bent, so we swapped it out an on our way. but all good, glad I caught it when I did before securing my towed car, thanks

Bruce WRented one twice. One ratchet for the straps was broken. Second one rented wouldn't release from the ball. Needed a forklift and a screwdriver to release it. Injured my finger trying.
James JI pick the place closer to my location and got a text that night to upgrade. if they had told me that if i don't upgrade, they would need to move me to another location i would of upgrade. Then they moved me to another location at ace. Ace called me and said they are closed on Sunday and don't do mobile pick up at that time i was upset and to the girl to talk to hale and fix this for me. She then called and said they will do mobile this one time with a pad lock... we showed up my reservation was gone so i need to call. i called they did fix it. then one they fixed it. I tried to do the mobile check in... i have done this many times just this year and never asked to give people number to call and ask if i am me. What if those people didn't answer. The truck i got was dirty. Had scratched and uhale tried not take picture of those. Honestly i think i should reimburse something for all this trouble.

john nThe trailer had a bulb issue. The right signal and brake light did not work. Justin assisted us the entire time and he was great, however, the other gentleman inside the store did not know how to talk to customers!

ALLEN BThis particular drop off location was closed when I dropped the trailer off late Sunday evening, so no one was on site to assist which was not an issue. I called this store the following morning to let them know that I had dropped the trailer off the preceding day. They were aware that the trailer was on site and would log it into their system about the return..
Donald BOne of the employees, questioned my vehicle. Which is fine. But his tone was a little off. Not sure if he talks to everyone with that tone or if it was because I was a small female renting a trailer, or maybe in my haste, I had a tone I wasn't aware of. Other than that. Customer service with all the other employees was outstanding. The guy who who hooked up the trailer was awesome. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name.

Tom EI would recommend a U-Haul branded sign inside the store, near the counter. The paint and checkout counters are right next to each other, when busy it's hard to tell where to go. The service was excellent- efficient and courteous staff.

TIMOTHY Rthe people @ that location were rude. the kid that actually hooked the trailer was friendly, but did not know much about trailers. the safety chains hung down so low that they were on the ground, the knob that secures the trailer to the ball was not tight. he checked the lights while i was in the car & said everything was ok. when i got home there were no driving lights. i called the store & they said it was my car, which was not true because i towed a trailer down with no issues. maybe it's the state or something in the water but they could not care about your business. in any case, you got your trailer back on time & clean

Louann jThe Ace Hardware store was understaffed and I had to wait for over 20 minutes before they even started the paperwork. The inside of the trailer was ok, the outside was covered with leaves etc. The helper that was supposed to help hook me up was just plain lazy and had no idea how to lock the trailer to my truck.
