Make your app easier to use. Didn't get all the pictures done before the app closed and couldn't get back to it
JANA LI had reserved a trailer a week in advance. I received a call from u-haul the evening before and they told me the customer that had the trailer need it another day and that they wanted to try and find me something else. They should have held the customer responsible and told them to return the trailer. Instead the only trailer available for me was 70 plus miles away. They tried to make it right by renting me a truck that ended up costing me more money.
ERIC HInside floor had dried mud on the floor mats popcorn and something sticky in the middle and the down to the floor! The back of the truck had not been swept out and had cardboard in it with twine all over!
Susan ATruck was fine except for the following: 1. Speed Governor kept the truck from exceeding 76 mph. 2. Truck rode like a covered wagon (likely due to tires) 3. Suspect the engine computer may be flaky, as two random errors displayed - Hill start assist not available ( wasn't on a hill) and the traction assist light came on and disabled the cruise control until I stopped the engine and restarted.
WILLIAM TI reserved a truck and there was NOT the correct truck for me at the time of my rental. I had to rent a truck that was too big. I also went to the location I had my reservation on time and they were closed! I had to go to a different location. This was NOT the first time this happened to me! The last time I reserved a truck, they pulled all of them for service during the time I needed one. They have a monopoly on rentals and have horrible customer service.

Belinda KDon't wait 2 1/2weeks to get a new truck or wait till the check clears for them to give you the same truck . I only have it fou 24 hours .to unload it this store was a mess .they didn't know how to fill out the paper work.

THAMER ATold us that we didn't need to do the self drop off and that they'd handle it. We dropped it off early Sunday but they didn't say we returned it until the next day. Resulting in a late fee. That late fee was taxed and we only received part of our money back.

DORIS PNice people to work with. Took my word on condition of trailer I was returning, did not go inspect for themselves. I returned trailer in good shape, but was surprised they did not check for themselves.

DIANE WPaperwork was a disaster, had to basically start all over with reservation. Should have been easy since I already had confirmation and an order number. Put us at least 30 minutes behind in schedule. Had to sweep out truck bed from debris left behind from previous renters. Did not have all extras that were requested, (dollies,blankets)
