My pickup location was changed at the last minute to a location far from the one I reserved, the equipment I paid for was not in the truck at pickup, and the truck was not clean. I will not use U Haul again.

I asked several clarifying questions as to my rate, the number of miles included, and a break down of the charge I was given. The agent did not know and at one point he told me incorrect information. I was told that the there would be a 200.00 deposit plus the cost of the rental which was not accurate. I had another individual who had to ultimately step in after the first man seemingly passed off the conversation to his colleague. I would like to see that your agents are knowledgeable and they don't blame it on the constant ”changes” from U-Haul My vehicle was very dusty in the front which I took a picture and uploaded it for your review.

The van that we rented had a loud, constant squeak. I think it was the metal cage that is behind the seats. Not sure if there is a fix for that, but it was very annoying on a long trip. Otherwise, it was a great van with decent mpg

The process was very easy. I checked in online. An employee greeted us in the parking lot. He then double checked the cab and back were clean and asked about our trip. Inside it was short and sweet to pick up our keys and drive away.

I live in Chesapeake and my mileage was sky high because they sent me to a location way in Virginia Beach. I went from paying $45 to almost $90. I'll never do uhaul again
