Maybe the associate knows how to do rentals and NOT overcharge you. The reservation I made online was canceled but I was not made aware of this. So my charge went from 112. To 168. Very unhappy overall
TRACY NICHOLSOThis bix van had no ramp. It had holes where the ramp would be placed but no ramp. In the past years all the box vans had ramps. This made our job extremely difficult for two small 5' tall 100 lb women We did not have time to exchange it and had to beg neighbors for help. Very disappointed

Steve WeilandFor pick up after hours it was a nightmare. When you look for and then try checking in the connections would not stay on. You will need to call in and be ready for a long process. Check out was for 7:00 pm and started and finally were finished at 8:42 pm. Clerk was as helpful as she could be, but her phone line dropped 2 times while I was seeking help. If you are ever using uhaul make sure that you do the process while location is open. For the clean rating was good but the well maintained was below average.

Christopher HAWTHORNEI was charged 3 times on the Discover card and again on my Visa. I need the bill adjusted to one bill, Ace worker said Discover had declined it, but Discover said they did honor it, I was surprised at poor gas mileage. Gas to refill was $22.69.

Christina CernosekI had to wait a couple days to review so I could properly articulate this experience so my words offered a solution instead of an unhinged rant. Hopefully, someone listens to it. The 24/7 App rental is NOT as easy and painless as the promo video portrays it to be. I will not belabor describing ALL the details my over 40 minute process to get approval to acquire the truck. What I will offer is this; make sure the fact the ID process requires additional ID verification by more than an email. Display it boldly and multiple times at all stages of the reservation process so we, as customers, are not taken by surprise, being told by a U-Haul Rep "we sent an email describing the requirements" while standing in an already hot Florida parking lot at 8:30 A.M., having you phone a family member or an employer on a holiday weekend. Had I known I needed to provide additional ID verification in the form of utility bills or passport, I would have been prepared. The reason I mention this is not all your customers have email on their phones after the reservation is made and may not see it, as in my case. Then be faced with potentially not being able to access the truck because as I was told by the Rep, "that is just the process and there is nothing we can do otherwise". Needless to say, I will not use the App process again opting rather for the human experience.
Dean LongRented a 15 foot truck to haul materials for a job tire was almost out of air and could not fully inflate. Had to rent a second day due to 3hrs lost on the tire. Also was charge gas when i returned it with the same amount in it. Was told they would give a discount for the aggravation and mileages plus lost money on my job due to this.
Christopher terryAllow me to walk in and reserve the truck at that location. I did walk in to reserve a truck but was informed that I had to go online to reserve the truck. That just made no sense to me.
ARNETTA HULENThe before hours pick up is not convenient. After giving all necessary information at registration, I had to give another telephone number for verification. It's not even logical. Uhaul already requires two telephone numbers. I had to give a third for Uhaul to call and verify my identity. The person called could say ANYTHING! The communication stated that I'd be called one day prior to my rental. The store didnt call me. The process took me much longer on the morning of the rental than it should. The drop off was not clearly explained either. I'll rent again if needed, but the process is not customer freindly. Customer service communication is not easily accessible. I'd rate the information, and ease of pick up a 3 out of 10. It doesnt reflect on the location. It reflects on Uhaul.

Delia PayneTook almost an hour to obtain truck after hours. Contract had not been completed. 20 minute wait for customer service to answer. Finally get truck, and it had not been cleaned from previous use; cab or box. Completely disgusted with U Haul at this point. Last 2 rentals have been unsatisfactory.
Linda RayThey forgot to give me my license back and I drove from Sebring, FL to Shepardstown, WV without my license. I called them on Monday morning, July 26th and I was told by Luis, he's the one that forgot to give me my license back on Saturday, July 24th. I asked Luis if he had my license and he said he did. I asked him to mail me my license. He charged me $54.55. Why should I pay this amount when it was his mistake. I received my license on Tuesday, July 27th. I expect U-Haul to reimburse me $54,55 for Luis's mistake.
