Friendly service. Clean and new vehicle. Didn't have the vehicle I wanted, but a substitute was provided at the same price. Would have preferred a vehicle with better gas mileage.

I would like to point out how disappointed I was that the original rental location (Lin Wood? or something like that) wasn't open and your web site and reservation system didn't even know that?? I waited there for 1/2 hour before I saw that Google claimed it was "temporarily closed"!

I call customer service, and they said yea there are problems, try the app. The app showed my reservation but when I clicked to pickup the vehicle, it went to a blank page. I finally had to have a person at the site log me in. The site is great but your web checkin and app need work.
John SAce of Space storage worked well for us. It was in a convenient location, was well maintained and plowed, and open whenever we needed it. The staff always answered my questions promptly and were nice to work with. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the local area, for short or long term.

All was as expected as far as terms, etc. My reservation process with U-Haul was not as smooth. It was, in fact, stressful. I was emailed that there was a truck for me in Woodstock, NH and then changed to Campton. On the day of pick up, I received a second email indicating that my reservation was in Woodstock (which it was not!). I was concerned that I would have to pay for two trucks when I only wanted one. All in all, it turned out well. Merci.

William CI don't know, but charging roughly $300 to use a truck for less than 12 hours is pretty ridiculous. However that's not something the location dictates, I don't believe. If I hadn't desperately needed the truck ASAP, I definitely wouldn't have paid that much for it.
