David NThere was ring missing where you would attach straps to, to hold load secure. The item I was moving fell over because I could not tether it properly. Checked over outside when picking up but inside isn't checked. Maybe add to check list.
JENNIFER WThe tow dolly ratchets were rusty and the straps were fraying. Very challenging to tighten and loosen.
Tristan LWhen I arrived at the drop off location, the business was closed. That was Saturday, Jan 1, about 1:00 PM. There was a note on the door to call Jeremy with a phone number. I called him and found him to be very pleasant. I then unhooked the dolly from my vehicle and left it on the premises.
