Very poor system on returning the equipment no one takes your name or nothing to say you have returned your equipment you have to call UHaul to have them take it off dispatch not a good setup

We dropped off the truck off at the designated depot on the designated day but they were closed. The truck sat on the lot for a few days and then we received a call from Uhaul asking if we returned the truck. it looks like i have been charged for extra days on my final bill and should not have been. sent in a request for an explanation and have heard nothing back.

Make sure the trucks are in working condition, both vehicles I rented were not in drivable condition

The trailer we rented was a 9x16 , this trailer is not equipped with a tongue jack. So unless you want people breaking their backs unhooking these trailers I would recommend you instal some sort of tongue jack to assist with getting the trailer on and off.

To continue taken care of. I was then told I had to drive all the way to Little Current, on Manitoulan Island. I drove there, only to be told they could not get on the U haul site. Got on the site and got a unit. Wiring did not function.Got new wire, lights worked and I set off. As advised by U haul I stopped to check and low and behold, No Lights.Spent 2 hours with help to rewire shorts in the wiring. I was given a 50 $ credit. Please have the guts to phone me at 705-261-4200 and hear me out. I have used U haul for many years. Cam Tucker

I expected the on-site pickup to have been quicker with all the pre-pickup that's is done online. Not an issue. Staff was very friendly

Uhaul computer system seemed to be inaccurate -> couldn't find destination even though the destination address was correct

Have all ID papers ready. Prepare for long paperwork process. Be patient. Ask questions as needed. Be sure to know equip. your are using...straps chains etc.

Make sure the trailer lights are working before the equipment is rented out. I had to drive for two hours in the dark with no running lights, brake lights or right turn signal, Also had to clean my floors after unloading boxes into the house that had picked up black residue from the trailer floor. Not impressed. I should be refunded my money for the inconvenience of cleaning and the anxiety of potentially being spotted by police at night with no lights.

Service clerk came in during weekend specifically to rent a truck to us and prepare contract. Very much appreciated.

Have leniency for customers coming in late. Little Current is miles away from my delivery location. I was charged a whole day, plus insurance for being an hour and a half late.

We reserved online and seemed to have challenges at pick up. Eventually called U-Haul and problem was resolved right away. Probably should have called sooner. We were at the pickup location for over an hour

Stop making promises, that you cant keep.Stop making excuses for dealerships when your trucks do not show up. When head office calls & says your vehicle is at a certain address & you show up & the vehicle is NOT there & have to wait there at the address given for 4 hours & still no show. Then told you have to go to another address 100 kilo return, pay for fuel extra not only for the rental truck , but for your own vehicle , & its not your fault... The truck was returned 2 days early , no return for that ,plus over 100 kilo not used no return for that either.Service at the Elliot lake return office not helpful gave me a phone # & washed their hands of the whole situation.Told to deal with head office. No help there . Told basically tough luck. I will not recommend U HAUL to any one , who depends , as a business, on their professional services.

This location was closed when I arrived ( it was late in the day on a Saturday) but was easy to find and had a spot available right up front, was quick and easy unload. Thanks guys

1. would be better for gas tank to be full and then easier to replace 2. any pre-ordered equipment such as blankets could have been ready since we almost forgot to get them into the truck 3. there was a terrible odour in the truck. Reported it at both locations

no issues from me -wish I had a trailer like the one I rented, and I will rent it again in future. loved the power assisted lift ramp ..on that 5 x 9 trailer.

The place was closed for the long weekend. I did see the onwer and gave my information. She said no worries would process it when they opened again in 2 days. Well now I am charged with late delivery an extra day. Not cool especially when I returned it early.

Over charged 230. For 2 day rental of 6x12. Told rate was 29,95 a day nobody knows why extra cost but said nothing they can do. Total B.S going to speak to management!

Only staff there were working in garage when I dropped off. They were unable to give me any direction on what to do other than leave the trailer. Owner did cal Monday to confirm he got the trailer and finish the transaction. Easy drop off.

Make sure that the staff there doesn't experience problems with your software that makes them wait for 30 minutes. As well, don't charge them twice for the one rental.
