Hands down, THE BEST U-haul location that I've ever had the pleasure of using. Their customer service is impeccable, they are polite, friendly, and wonderfully helpful. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Having used Acorn Moving and Storage several times in the past has spoiled me when it comes to renting a U-haul vehicle. Occasionally they don't have what I need on site, which sadly forces me to go to a different location, which is a big downgrade. These guys could teach other locations how to impress their customers! Well done guys!!

The Uhaul web site was not so user friendly. The checking in process is confusing and no receipt to indicate the final charges is distressing. But Acorn Mini storage was friendly and helpful overall.

I was so impressed right out of the gate by Lisa and the guys! Right from the bginning, Lisa called me to let me know she had received the reservation. So helpful and above and beyond. Most of the time you simply get the automated confirmation response (which I did receive), but Lisa called and that helped make our whole move less worrisome because I felt I had someone looking out for us! Then upon arrival, Lisa went above and beyond again to make sure we got the best deal possible both for the rental time and when it was time, getting us a truck to move out! Simply put, Lisa and the guys were so helpful and friendly, we felt like we were apart of some Acorn Mini Storage family! It was obvious this team enjoys working there and they love their owners. They all made comments about it being the best place to work! So kudos to the owners for being awesome! The facility is brand new and very well maintained! The team working there takes pride in the cleanliness and keeping things in order! When you're in a huge transition such as we were, there is a lot on your plate that can be a huge hassle. Lisa and the guys with Acorn Mini Storage took that hassle away and made that leg of the transition very smooth! I loved working with this facility and the team there! 

I've rented a UHaul more than 30 times in the last 18 years. I have never had a rental go so smoothly. The online booking was easy and when I arrived at Acorn Mini Storage and UHaul Rental, Lisa was pleasant and organized and efficient. The pickup and return were effortless. So impressed!

Spotless storage and friendly staff. Very helpful and tell you all you need to know about access to your storage unit. I would recommend it if you are looking for a storage place. The units are very easy to access and even have carts for you to use. We used climate control and we were so pleased. Did not have to worry about our stuff getting ruined or infested with something. Don't look elsewhere in Lakeland Acorn Mini Storage is the best.
