All was right and well
The personel at both the pickup and the dropoff were excellent. Other then a leak in the truck it was very nice and clean.

Excellent storage facilities, staff, customer service, and location. Was so glad they were open Sunday as we drove from out of state and had to unload the car that day. I would defiently use them again and highly recommend them! Excellent all around!

I was surprised by the ease of the entire experience from start to finish. From using the website, to picking up the trailer, checking in at the storage unit and dropping off the trailer I did not experience any of the annoying glitches that I've come to expect from competitors. I will use U-Haul again.
The staff was friendly and helpful , I had no concerns of having my motorhome stored at the facility the security was visible and working .

Just stunk inside the uhual a bit. and i used it for an hour maybe 2 and charged me $55 thats crazy.
more personnel assisting customers indoors. single person was very good ( 5 stars) but obviously overworked in trying to deal with all customers by herself.

The location I ordered the truck from and that was stated in my email differed from where I eventually had to pick up the truck. This added delays in starting my move since I went to the location where I had booked the truck.

Your customers service is the absolute worst i have ever experienced. The pick up location was amazing but anything to do with uhaul was horrible. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I would use any other company other than uhaul in the future.

Acorn is great. It is U-Haul that has problems. Their customer service needs help. Their rental guarantee is a joke as well. I reserved a 10 foot truck and all they could give me was a 26 foot truck. Not exactly ideal. Then all they can say is we have a truck for you.

This place is perfect, and they explained what other services they had and they convinced me not to buy a pickup truck, and instead just rent theirs when I need to moving things in the local area....
These guys were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will always use them. It was an easy peasy experience when moving during a pandemic can be tough.

After loading car on trailer I noticed a gash in tire that I had not seen. I called Acorn U-Haul and they quickly set me up with another trailer
Staff accommodated an early drop off before opening hours and was treated like I was the only person who mattered to them and it was just a trailer return.
