Quick and easy, and personnel was very familiar with the process. Would definitely use ACR Motor Works again.

lisa oInside the cab wasn't cleaned out all the way, box was clean. Nice low mileage truck, drive great. Self check-in worked well, checking out on the app didn't work. Kept redirecting me to my web browser and said location was turned off. Loc was on in the app. Had to do live chat to try a couple things and finally just sent a pic of the mileage and dropped the keys. Otherwise it was a good experience, worth it.
Jonathan CThey charged me for extra days because they did not process the returned vehicle on Monday morning. The uhaul app almost never picks up the location when trying to return the vehicle online. This is the second time this happened to me at this location. Beware if you return the vehicle during the weekend.
DAMMINT SUnit had a check engine light on tire monitoring system light came on ten miles into trip took (stopped twice to check tire pressure)an hour to finish registering due to slow computer system this time not worth the money I saved and turned the truck in a day earlier with no adjust or consideration of the fee charged

RICHARDJ DWe did the smart phone pick up of vehicle as the store was closed. Had trouble picking up and dropping off the vehicle with the app. Wouldn't upload information. Finally, had use a direct web page and then all check in and drop off criteria loaded. Took me and hour for both operations. Will not do again...... Nothing like a real person to assist!!!!

kathleen cThey did not have my utility dolly ready for my 730am pick up, so while I was able to use the mobile app to get my truck at 730, I had to wait until 9am when they place opened to get the dolly, and they had no clue I even rented one. I had to pull up my contract to prove it to them. This delayed our move by and hour and a half.
Dennianne MI have no complains about the location BUT Uhaul charged me wrong. THE SECOND TIME IN TWO MONTHS. I rent from uhaul at least once a month. I rented a van from this location for $99 with 100 miles included and $0,39 per extra mile in the agreement. BUT uhaul charged me $19,99 + $0,89 per mile ($253.xx)!!!. My bill should be $99+$20(insurance)+$30,03(77 extra miles @$0,39 per mile) + applicable taxes = $149,03+taxes
Dammin SGave me one price until I bring truck back and charge me over $30 more!! I only used 5 more miles than quoted. Returned clean and same amount of gas!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody! Find a friend with a truck!!

Shawn GAs is often the case with "neighborhood" locations, the people do not know UHaul computer systems very well. Though I had indicated when making the reservation that I wanted the vehicle coverage, it was not on the original contract, and the person helping me did not know how to go back in and add it. They had to call a colleague for help. In short, I spent much much time checking the vehicle out than I do at locations that do only UHaul. You might encourage these folks to immediately call UHaul for support when they have questions on what they are doing. Other than wasting quite a bit of my time, the gentlemen was very courteous and professional.
Chris CI was surprised at the gas charge. I was told to fill the gas only to the level it was at and I did, so I don't understand the charge.

Nikia HIf a customer drops off a great condition vehicle after a long distance move, maybe offer a little U-Haul merch like a ball cap, travel mug, sweat towel, cooling headbands, travel pillow, etc.

Daniel SOriginal reservation was at 9am. This got changed to 10am and we still didn't get into a truck until a little after 11am. Apparently there were "computer problems" so there was a delay and when it came time to charge, the card used had to be taken several times. When asked if it would be charged as many times as it had been slid, he said "it shouldn't". Also, we had several questions regarding the storage and drop off locations; when we asked the man working at the pick up location, he had no information and told us to "just call uhaul" despite the website stating to ask in person. Also, the reservation was under Kyla and consistently, because Thomas was the driver, all of the information seemed to be directed at Thomas.
Thomas HFirst time we used this facility as we were in a pinch. The guys at ACR were friendly and easy to deal with. We had to wait a little while at the office for our pick-up.
