The cost was a little out of touch. If the price was more flexible more people would rent these out. Other than that is worked for what I needed and it towed great.

Tony BThe location was great. The company itself charged me the wrong tax amount after an error that was made on my total. After refunding me for the accidental added amount, they still charged me the tax on the original amount instead of on my new amount after the refund. Out of two representatives that I spoke with in the chat option and on the phone, both didn't understand mathematically how it didn't add up. I'm not upset about paying $11 extra, I am more disappointed that out of two customer service representatives, neither were able to do the math. My invoice basically shows that I was charged over 20 % tax which is not accurate where I live. I will not be returning to Uhaul simply for the uneducated customer service that I received. I own businesses and I would never tolerate having my staff members dealing with invoices who couldn't do simple math like that. The truck was fine and the trailer was great. The location was helpful. They didn't call me back however regarding my invoice but I could see how they didn't know how to deal with it either. I know that I had to deal with U-Haul directly. This is just my experience.
Brittany BTruck was filthy inside windshield wipers were worn and metal on the window and it was raining hard so very unsafe. Vehicle was open so the dealer had not even checked it cleaned it is my guess. Check in process was terrible and first call I made was received by a terrible person. Second call was fantastic with Jacob. Worst experience I have ever had and I use uhaul a lot

Asked me if everything went well and how I liked the truck. I will definitely go back to this dealer, and I hope she is still there!

Mark GWhen i got there they did not have moving blankets available as per my order, the pick-up location had changed the day before based on a request from U-haul and they did not have blankets in stock. They called around, found some moving blankets sent a driver to pick them up and brought them to me at the rental location. This was very much appreciated!!
Rich OI would say: tell people how great this location treats customers. I was welcomed and my immediate needs were met. everything was made clear to me re. mileage, so there were no surprises when I went a little over.

Jeff IRefilling the gas after use became an issue. Before, I always went back and forth between gas guage and pump to make sure I put the right amount in. The fellow I rented from gave me a guage/scale from u-haul that told me how many liters to put in depending on where the gas guage was to get it back to 3/4 tank, so that I didn't have to keep going back and forth. I followed this scale accurately, and it overshot 3/4 tank by quite a bit. I had put in about $ 30 more than was required to bring the gas to 3/4 tank because of using their guage/ scale. I called customer service and they refused any reimbursment. So uhaul gives you a scale to bring the gas back to 3/4 tank, then when you follow that scale and it results in you putting in significantly more gas than would really be required, they won't reimburse you. That's fraud. Don't use the scale/ guage they give you on the piece of paper!! It's deceptive, puts more money in their pockets fraudulently, and I wonder how many hundereds of thousands of dollars or more uhaul has made fraudulently using this system?? Its' disgusting.

Joe HThey had some computer issues. The trailer was left dirty but was swept out prior to me leaving with it. The entire check out was about 39 minutes long which I didn't anticipate. But the guys were all pleasant and helpful.

Debbie HThe website allowed us to book an appliance cart but when we booked the truck. When we went to pick up the truck and cart, the location had no carts. The attendent then had to call around to try to locate one for us. One was found, but on the other side of town. In total, it took an hour to complete the transaction. The website needs to have accurate accounts of equipment available.

FREDERICK HWhen we arrived the truck was covered in snow (hadn't snowed for a few days) the bed of the truck was filled to the rim with snow. When we turned on the truck it had low tire pressure and no windshield washer fluid. When asked to have this rectified and taken care of , we received a lot of attitude. Also, they are not following Covid protocols and are not wearing masks .

DOLORES DTrailer dropoff was confusing, rep at the dropoff location could not find my account until he was assisted by another person behind the counter. This individual commented, "This system isn't ours and it doesn't work very well. We have this problem all the time". I had to ask several people where to park the trailer because they were paving the parking lot and no one knew where to put anything. I understand that things beyond our control happen from time to time, but two bad experiences, hundreds of miles apart, by the same company have robbed me of my confidence in UHaul.
TAMMOV PStaff were prompt, courteous, polite and knowledgable. Vehicle was clean and ran great. I'll be using this location to rent again should I need a vehicle in the future. Straight to the point answers and help, couldn't ask for more. Merci.

Irene FI was charged triple the price I was quoted!! No explanation, just charged to my card. I was only one hour late returning the truck, I realize there is a late fee of $20 which I was willing to pay… but it looks like I was charged a week not 24 hours!! Not happy!!!
Garnet DNot able to adjust mirrors, I believe it needs something like an Allen key to make the adjustment. Extremely difficult to see any vehicles coming up on either side. It was fortunate I had a second person with me to check in order to change lanes.
