I was sent to another depot for collection, one that closed before I had booked to collect. The gas station attendants helped me thankfully. The form left for the attendant said that it was three quarters full, it was not. It was only half full, so I filled it back to half and have now been billed for the rest. A rather disappointing experience. I said Average purely because I am so grateful to the person that assisted me in the gas station, esp. as the system kept crashingAlex F.

I reserved and paid for a furniture dolly to help move our furniture, and when we went to pick up our truck, there was no furniture dolly. For all the trouble I went through with the online reservation I was very disappointed I didn't get what I ordered. And we picked it up from a random gas station so I couldn't just go in and ask for the dolly. It made our moving experience difficult when it could've been made easier. And I had to pay for it. I want to start by saying that I had great customer service while picking up the truck. The man who helped me was very nice and attentive. The location just did not have many options and they did not provide the truck I originally reserved. This caused a lot of trouble as I tried to park and maneuver this truck during my move. I asked for a 10-foot truck because I knew I had to park at a hotel. I received a text message the day before my reservation confirming me for a 15-foot truck. I was very frustrated by this. I also reserved the truck for 7:30 AM and the confirmation said 11:30 AM. I was able to get it moved up to a little after 9:00, but this delayed my trip and meant that I had to drive well into the night to make it to my destination.AMBER H.

Since it was not a dedicated U-Haul location: 1) I was not able to change the drop off date or location when picking up the truck. 2) The dolly we requested with the online order was not in the truck, so we did not have one during our move. My pick up location was 17miles from my house adding significant extra mileage to my trip. In total I was originally supposed to be paying $140 but ended up spending close to $180 due to extra mileage and gas to fill the truck back up. Then the location I originally booked for pickup didn't even call me and tell me they didn't have the truck. I had driven all the way there just to be sent 20 minutes in the opposite direction. Then while trying to pick up the car at the new location there were difficulties there as well. Overall wasn't my best experience with uhaul definitely considering taking my business elsewhere next time I move .SYDNIE M.

The lady on the phone when I made the appt majorly screwed up everything. I had to speak to 3 different people at three different number and line calls with average wait times before they answered between 20-30 mins. NO ONE knew what was going on and NO ONE could help. I ordered a 10' truck, they didn't have any so i got a 15'. I ordered a dolly, they didn't have any. I have rented trucks multiple times, and twice the pickup location was changed (this was one of those times), and the truck size was "upgraded" for free (this was also one of those times - I didn't want a bigger truck). But, for me to reserve a dolly and for this location to not have one was poor customer service.Darin H.

I paid for this rental online ahead of time to save time at the location. However, the truck was not at all ready for us when we showed up and we spent over a half hour waiting to receive the truck. The manager who was called to receive the return was very rude. Incompetent personnel. Had to re-enter info, which I had done when reserved the truck and again before pick-up on line. She did not speak fluent English, difficult to understand, and it being a service station, she waited on other customers before completing my transaction. The truck was nasty dirty, seats were smeared with dirt, ashes & sticky food in cup holders, floors dirty & trash left in truck. She did not have the dolly I requested, but charged more for the appliance dolly. Would never use that location again!paula D.

The prep work that was completed during the on-line reservation was a complete waste of time. I went through the trouble of submitting my driver's license, only to have to do it again at check-in. The location for pick up was moved. and the drop off location was lost. I am not sure why I have to input so much information to only have to do it again. The lady did not even have the size truck that I ordered. I had to pick from what was on their lot. The experience was horrible and I will refrain for renting from UHaul in the future. This is a very small station with no marked areas to return the vehicle. After parking it near other vehicles and walking through the rain to the counter, I was told I couldn't park it there and to please move it to another (specified) location. Back out through the rain, move the truck and walk back in. Didn't make for a pleasant experience.Michael M.

I was pleased at the way, the person I dealt with took the time to inspect the truck in my presence. He was courteous and complimented me on how clean the vehicle was. No damages and I left it with more fuel than I started. The previous time I dropped off a vehicle at this location they just told me to park it in back and then bring them the key. I went 6 miles over. I had to drive 20 miles back to where I was loading the truck because I couldn't get a truck near even though the reservation person on the phone said I could. I returned the truck on full when all I had to do was return it on half a tank. But still got charged for going 6,5 miles over. That is crazy.
