I rented a 10 foot truck from this location. Upon returning the truck, I noticed there was a 14 $charge for safemove, which I told her I didn't want. She, Angela Seaton, according to the paperwork, told the customer behind me, a female, that I have to wait because U-haul customers are not priority. I told her if that's the case, then she need to terminate her contract with U-Haul. The lady that cut me in line felt bad because she saw how I was treated by Angela. She also declined to cut me in line and said she will wait, but Angela told her I am low priority and not her primary business. Angela rung up all the feed store customers first because closing out my contract. Whether I was a feed store customer or not, you should never treat a person like that. The check in tome took about 30 minutes, it would have been good to have had a heads up that it would take that long. Also, I paid for furniture pads and a dolly that was not in the truck so I was charged for things I did not get.Allison N.

It took a while to get to the counter as someone was in front of us. This was fine as obviously they were there first, but only one person could check in/out so we waited an extra half hour which in Texas in June makes for a hot day. The service was great though. Two young men got us hooked up and unhooked. We did have to wait for confirmation on return of equipment, but receipt was sent promptly by email as promised, so all went very well!CHARLES LARRY M.
We arrived a little early and didn't go in until the store opened. When we went in, I introduced myself, and in return her response was "You're just going to have to wait". We waited for 20 minutes past our pickup time before she acknowledged us. We then had to wait more than an hour past our scheduled pickup time to get the moving blankets and dollys. The location was VERY dirty. The owner had her dog chained up inside the store and it popped in the walk way next to the front counter. Employees and customers simply stepped over it. Overall, the store was filthy and their customer service was awful.Steven A.

This location was excellent. The only thing I would change is with online check-in. Work out a way to automate a message to the customer when one of the secondary forms of identity verification doesn't go through so we are not just waiting and waiting with no communication as to what's going on.Carrie C.

Mobile process is quite easy but not seamless. Staff inside the feed store are quite busy to help. I felt stupid. It took me 15 minites to realize that I need to retrieve the key from the Feed Store. The feed store staff kept telling us you can get the key .... but where!!! Very non chalant. The feed store staff are quite nonchalant and condecending. This is just a personal experience.Hai N.

They have a bad guy called jay he insulted me. When I was telling him and her manger about the pick up rules because it was really my first time and he started saying bad words for me really bad peoples and I cannot suggest this place ever to any bodyMedhat S.
Store personnel were very rude. They need to work on their customer service. The truck cab was dirty but I was instructed to bring it back clean. I was overcharged 20 $on my final bill. I will not use this location again.Suzanne P.

Other than the seat cover was coming off and was not properly secure. My biggest complaint was that I was treated very rude by the staff. I reserved the uHaul on the app. Once I arrived I wanted to know if I could park my car at the location because I would only be using the truck for a short time and asked what was the proper way to get the key. They made me feel stupid as if I was supposed to know exactly what todo. Basically told me to figure it out on my own. Thankfully there was a younger man there that was kind enough to walk me around and show me. I will not use this location again due to their poor professionalism. Really ruined my evening dealing with this process.Taylor B.

The agent was rude and unhelpful until a representative had to call her and request her to give me assistance because I was having issues checking in online. The Rep Erica had to call twice because the first time she took her time by answering when I said it was her because she was not done fixing her hair and when the Rep Erica called me back she was going to send me somewhere else I had to tell her she was right there so she called back and the agent sighed and rolled her eyes after being asked to assist me. I won't ever go back but Erica was very professional in making sure I was taken care of.Valeria A.

I was driving the truck 400 + miles. There was a fairly new truck, same size on the lot. They put me in al old truck. It would have been fine to move across town. I didn't drive the truck, I lead it. Meaning there was so much play in the steering that the truck just veered left and then right. Sorry truck to put someone in driving any major distance.Rodney S.
My contract was originated at the Divsion location in Arlington, but I never got any information from that location. If it had not been for the good folks on Arkansas, I would have gone to Division, wasting time and gas. I will NEVER do business at the Division location again. Their idea of customer service is worse than pathetic for reasons that go beyond trailer rental. They were also supposed to install a hitch on my car...didn't happen, and they offered no solution. I had to find another installer and paid a higher price. Very bad experience...don't use the Division location in Arlington.George K.

I rented a truck from Adams Feed Store at 3:33 pm on Saturday Wednesday Afternoon. I informed the representative at the counter that I would only need the truck for around 3 hours or so, which would not be a problem. I told her that I intended to return the truck by 6pm. After moving the 1 item I stopped by the gas station to put in additional fuel, and air up both front tires. They seemed to be low, when I did the inspection at the station. As I was pulling out of the gas station I realized that I was a little over the 6pm time frame I gave the front desk clerk. I pulled into Adams Feed Store at exactly 6:15pm (15 minutes over). I noticed that they had a front gate that was locked. I was unable to drop off the Uhaul. I also noticed that they did not have a drop box for the key. I also noticed that my SUV was parked inside the gate and I was not able to get it out. Because of this, I had to drive the Uhaul back to my house (which was additional mileage) and park it in my driveway overnight. In the morning I then drove the Uhaul to work and on my lunch hour 10:30 am drove it back to Adams Feed Store. When I arrived to check in the Uhaul the representative at the desk said that "technically" she should charge me 2 days rental because I did not return it at 6pm. Wait a minute, you mean to tell me that she was going to charge me double the price for 3 1/2 hours I had the Uhaul?? This is ridiculous! I attempted to return the truck the night before at 6:15. It sat in my driveway overnight. She "decided" that she would only charge me for 1 day. I bit my tongue and did not say a word. I was to angry. So long story short I rented a Uhaul for 3 1/2 hours and was charged 75,52 $. I traveled 30 miles total. I'm not upset about the price, which is fair. I'm upset at the poor customer service I received from the representative at the counter. I am in the customer service business, its what I do! I interact with all types of people day in day out. In fact I've been in this business all my life. In order to make a loyal customer you much show that you "want" the business. Sam Walton, of Wal-Mart has 3 basic beliefs (now 4) that I try to live by....1. Respect for the Individual, 2. Service to others, 3. Strive for Excellence, 4 Do all things with Integrity. Renter advised that the low tire pressure light would be illuminated continuously and to ignore it. A pressure check showed all tires were underinflated by 3-8 psi. After inflating tires to 80 psi the light remained on. I was uncomfortable making a 375 mile trip with this warning light on. The faulty detector should have been fixed before renting the truck. Both door latches were badly out of adjustment. Closing the doors required them to be slammed very hard. Front end was out of alignment. When steering wheel pressure was relaxed the truck drifted to the rightKelly M.
When I picked up the trailer one of the tires was completely bald of tread. Very illegal low tread. They switched out the trailer but kept telling me uhaul thinks there was enough tread to be safe. It was ridiculous listening to him when I knew that trailer was not road worthy.Nathan H.

I would have liked tips and ideas on how to protect my car while pulling it on a trailer. When I returned the equipment somewhere else, I learned that I could have protected my bumper and frame by simply placing boards behind my front wheels and under the ramps :( I also would have liked moving supplies, which I needed to get at another U-Haul location.Diana H.

U-Haul customer service is the worst. They changed my reservation and drop off location while I was en route and I was stuck with the truck. Then charged me extra days because I had no place to store my belongings which were still in the truck. I'm filing complaints to every agency applicable.yvonne M.

There was a problem with the tandom suspension. The trailer was unstable and difficult to drive 55 miles per hour. I drove it slow and careful because I could not see unloading and exchanging the trailer enroute on my 750 mile drive. It was loaded properly with the required 60/40 loading ratio.Upon returning the trailer in Florida , the tongue weight was unusually heavy with the trailer empty. The trailer was difficult to remove and should never have been rented in this condition.The Uhaul personal in Florida immediately saw the problem . The tandom suspension was shifted forward out of rigging. Apparently the Texas location did not look it over properly. I assumed it was normal sense they checked it over prior to me renting.Adams Feed never gave me a rental contract. They said they would email me one. They never emailed me a contract, so I went to a major Uhaul store and they gave me a hard copy in case I had an emergency on the road. The Florida Uhaul owner call the Florida regional manager. The Florida regional manager call Texas regional manager .The Texas regional was suppose to call me , but never contacted me. This was totally unsatisfactory from the Texas Uhaul people on renting and follow up on the problem. I have rented from Uhaul for more then 40 years and never experienced anything like this. This trailer should never have been rented to anyone. You are fortunate I did not have an accident . As far as I am concerned, you own me a total refund. I saved Uhaul a possible accident law suite.Gary S.

Everything was really cool and I loved the process. The only thing that could use improvement is the gps location feature of the pickup location. I was parked right in front of the store and uhaul and the gps said I wasn't at the location. It was a little frustrating because I did self service and obviously didn't have anyone to ask. Eventually the gps picked up my location but I was parked two stores to the west of the actual location. Maybe the coordinates or something could be tweaked for that location. I figured it out but someone who has less problem solving skills might not figure it out quickly and could diminish the experience and potentially negatively affect the uhaul brand. Like I said, I loved the experience and it's a really cool thing, but just wanted to provide that to help you guys continually improve.Jason M.
