They were a great help when the self service wasn't working. Took care of all of my needs and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Charles OThe automated drop off process did not work. No one was at the desk, even though it was during business hours. Someone on a tractor came to help. He couldn't get the app to work either.

Caleb COwner of Addison Golf Carts did not return my calls when I was returning the trailer. I had slight damage to my vehicle. I do not think the uhaul trailer was hooked up correctly by Randy at uhaul at Addison Golf Carts.

Bill COur problem wouldn't where we picked or dropped off our U-Haul truck our problem is with U-Haul corporation they lie and accused threatened they called my mother a disabled woman with heart conditions and accused her of not returning the truck told her they were going to put her in jail for theft I will never rent from U-Haul again and I will never recommend anyone I know. The way they treat their customers is very unprofessional and unacceptable
