Robert AWell, the truck was clean and everything was fine but being immunocompromised I did not feel safe at all! Here in WA State we have a mask mandate! The mask sign was low on the door and not legible. The employee had on a modified mask that was almost completely transparent and he wore it below his nose. This pandemic is not a joke and he is not taking it seriously! Had he been following all protocols I would have given 5 stars. However, due to the ridiculous and childish behavior exhibited by him not wearing an approved mask nor it being worn properly I would honestly give zero if I could!
DAWN DChange the office air conditioner's filter because the office stinks -definitely doesn't smell like it's been disinfected….especially with covid. Good for thought

Tighler WThe location is fine for a storage facility. It is not fine for returning a uhual due to the narrow entrance. There is not enough room to drive a truck if there is another vehicle of any size leaving or entering the facility
