Pickup through your computer system was a major PITA, never doing that again. AND that doesn't even include the fact that the WRONG key was put in the lock box. On-hold for over 15 minutes waiting for a service rep.

They over charge you and you would have much better luck with a family member/friend helping you out and paying them or a small moving business.

Lori S.No one was at the pickup location but that's understandable since it was jan 1. BIG issue with the self checkout. Seems your “system†didn't link my phone number to my email. Went thru FOUR people to straighten things out, during which your “system†changed my reservation TWICE wanting me to pick up the truck an hour and a half away!!! Then it wanted to make it one day 30 miles instead of two days and 130 miles!!! I kept getting “hmm i don't understand why it changed it like that†from the customer service folks. Your “system†programmers need a refresher course in design.
