I booked this to move a couple of things I bought from Salvation Army. The person working the store was rude and asked questions that didn’t apply, basically harassing us. At the end, he had added on the insurance even though I had opted out. When I asked about the extra charge, he said “it is required”. I know that's bullshit. Very bad experience.

This is the first time I ever experienced such very poor service with U-Haul. cursing with customers customer cursed at them but at the same time you supposed to keep your respond and not go back and forth with your customers very poor customer service ??

The clerk could not explain the charges and they do not give you a receipt, even when asked. I was asked to take a picture of the mileage with my phone so the clerk wouldn’t have to leave the store. I expected the level of service to be the same as other u hauls, but it was not.

I reserved two dollies and furniture pads with my truck, and none of the equipment was there when I picked up my rental. This REALLY messed up my plans for the move I was using the truck for, so thanks for that. The employee at the dealership wouldn't take them off my invoice, instead making me call uhaul customer service and sit on hold for 15 minutes to request a refund. Will not use your services again.

The people at this location have an attitude! They are disrespectful; I had to almost find a witness just to convince the man I filled the tank with gasoline, which only costed $5.01. The female when I initially rented the vehicle was no different; making me wait for her to ring up one of her friends. U-Haul should sever ties with these rude, condescending and insulting people. And with the even less professional Pack-And-Stack. Neither one will ever see my business again.

Customer chat agent was slow to respond and kind of a pain. I would wait 5-10 minutes at a time not knowing if they were still with me, helping me, etc. Would rather speak to someone more communicative or on the phone instead

The representative at this location was unclear when explaining how things were working. I did have to come back a bit late and the explanation of what was going to change panicked me. After a second explanation I was reassured, but it was concerning at first.

I quite don’t understand the $20 fine for after-hours return. One has a choice of keeping the vehicle for up to 24 hours, why the punishment if they choose to only use it for less than that but can’t make it back in time as promised?

I was not given a copy of the rental contract when taking possession. When I requested one I was told to take a picture with my phone. I was pressured not to conduct an inspection of the vehicle before leaving, and was rushed out with a vehicle that had less than half a tank of gas. I returned the vehicle I was charged an addition $30 fee on top of the exorbitnat gas prices, on top of being charged for a full tank of gas. Adding over $60 to a $50 rental. When I requested a copy of my reciept, once again I was told to take a picture. I will be writing a review on yelp and Google explaining the poor and predatory practices of this establishment. I have used Uhaul many times and my experience here was very disappointing. Uhaul has definitely changed their practices and I would rather spend a little more money upfront than than go through the experience I had. I plan on being quite vocal about how I was treated.

While the van was in fine condition, our reservation wads overbook and no one called to tel us about it despite having almost a week to do so and we didn't find out about this until we went to go pick up our van. When we called the U-haul line we were put through loop of holding for the next person and even getting our call disconnected or hung up on before eventually getting to a representative who told us they could't honor our reservation and didn't do anything further to help us. The only reason we were able to get a van for our move was because the person running the truck share location was kind enough to work with us and get us the van we needed. I'd rate u-haul 0 stars if I could, but 5 stars to the man at our truck share location

Stop the bullshit charges. If I'm paying a day rate for a vehicle to move with, it's nonsense to pay BOTH by the mile AND for gas on top of that, especially not $12 for next to no gas used.

The location was super convenient, and the truck was easy to drive. Improvements: -The passenger side seat belt would not buckle. (And there was a water bottle left inside, but that's minor). That was the reason for the "no" on well-maintained. Everything else was fine. In regards to location: -Person I picked it up from said that although I had reserved a dolly online, he had just given his last one away. So I had to go elsewhere to rent a dolly. But when I opened up the back to put the 3rd party dolly in, it turns out there was a dolly from Uhaul. I guess he didn't know the store it in the truck? -it wasn't until after I checked out the uhaul and later looked at the initial receipt, to find out that the insurance selected was the $14 safe ride, but online I had requested the $28 safe ride plus. Fortunately, there were no incidents so it turned out ok... -When I rented the car, the person indicated there would be no issue if I had to return it after hours. Right around 9, when location was about to close, I got a call about needing to return it. Fortunately I was on my way already. The person who closed out with me was very nice, and said that typically to turn it in after hours (if that wasn't pre-requested) would cost extra. I think the first person should have mentioned that upfront. -But I do want to say, the person who I returned it to was very nice and understanding, and didn't charge me for the dolly I didn't use because I had rented a third party one. The person I rented from in the beginning was also nice, but I think he could use some more training about how the system works.

After reading some negative reviews for this location I was very nervous about a 9 am pickup. I called the location & the gentleman said “someone should be here” at 9. This made me nervous and because of a tight time schedule I contacted uhaul through my reservation. I was told someone would be there & that they open at 9am on Sat. as indicated in their hours. We arrived shortly before 9am and were soon greeted by the person in charge who handled our reservation. I’m sorry I don’t know his name as he was very . friendly, efficient, and we were able to keep to our schedule. Everything was explained & the van was returned with no issues. Very pleased with our experience!

This was one of the worst, if not the worst, ever experiences I had to go through doing anything! The person responsible in the store, James Mensah, was rude, nasty, angry, had no manners, had no proper service or customer attitude, and actually threatened me physically to "smash my head against the wall" as I was making the rental arrangement and asking normal questions about the rates, time, etc. saying that the customer has "no right to ask any questions"!!!! Upon return of the rental van, there was a lady there and she had no clue how to process and close the transaction. I had to wait for over 45 minutes while she was on the computer and on the phone with James on video call trying to fill out my closing bill. Then she showd me my final bill and it had a charge for 3.3 gal of gas at $14.85 while I only drove the van for 3 miles!!! She handed me her phone to speak to James who told me that this is what it is and if I had any complaints I should call U Haul. I did call U Haul Customer Service and spoke to Madison and explained to hear my experience and request for a refund, and she gave me a Complaint This was one of the worst, if not the worst, ever experiences I had to go through doing anything! Make sure you post all expenses online for people to see, all taxes and make sure costumers know they need to fill the tank to the one of the pick up amount or the penalty is 30$ even if they spent very little gas! Thank you

This location was poorly managed. It took almost an hour to simply get my order placed in the store. I was overcharged for my rental. The customer service was awful. The lady who helped me was yelled at by the manager for not knowing how to operate the computer properly because she was in training. My overall experience was just awful. I will never order a Uhaul from this location again.

I would hesitate recommending this to anyone. Initially, the verification and checkout are difficult to understand. Secondary verification was not explained well at all and was counter-intutive. It took me 40 minutes to checkout and phone support was gawdawful! 20 minute wait? Really? Dudes, spend some bucks.
