Tyre pressure in the rear right was about 25 psi- the recommended pressure is 80. With such low pressures, you gave me a truck that was dangerous to drive. Your out not just me but my household belongings at risk. There was not windscreen washer fluid. Had an extremely hard time driving.

The pick up process was so easy and the manager was very friendly. We had no issue checking in with our order and getting the U-Haul picked up from this location. It was perfect!

Small parking area off of a busy road made it difficult to get the trailer backed in like suggested. Not a good location. Charged cleaning fee even though trailer was returned cleaner than it was received.

The guys at this location were great, they helped me fix the wiring of the lights in my car that connected to the trailer I was renting and spent a lot of time on it to. They did a bunch of extra steps that I'm sure they didn't have to do for me.

The online 24hour/share experience was subpar at best in pick up. The property manager had to call customer service to activate the account. Also the algorithm for choosing a site is poor. I wanted a site in Carol Stream, IL. It without notice sent me to Hoffman Estates over a half hour away. I had to call to get rerouted to Glen Ellyn. I was not impressed with the process.

This location did not call me to tell me that my truck was at this location. I went to my preferred location and they had to redirect me 20 minutes out of my way for my truck. I would like to be reimbursed for the gas.
