Reserved 15ft truck and facility only had a 10ft to offer. I asked about the 20ft in their inventory and they said that was for someone else. I asked why that person could not upsize to the larger 26/28 in stock and they just said no. Very nice and polite staff, just didn't have the unit I needed to properly do the job.LARRY B.

The customer in line just ahead of me and myself had to run to a store to buy things to hook-up. The longer chain that connected the table on the car dolly to the center beam had the connection hook missing. I put a padlock on it but the padlock broke as soon as I made a turn. The ceiling in the building needs repaired and there is no place to sit as I waited in line for at least 15 minutes. The staff person wanted to help but was not trained.Terry K.

I used the 24hr service pickup/dropoff via app and everything worked outside getting my keys. The step to unlock lockbox did not work. I had to track down someone to help and added another 15min to pickup process. However once I did receive help for getting my keys, very friendly and apologetic. The floor of the truck full of dirt and small rocks. Also smelled like smoke. Outside of that no issues.Brandon K.

Have the people working the check-ins be a little more thorough with making sure you have all the additional rentals requested (pads, Dollys, etc.). I would say this is a very average experience with any U-Haul location.Myles M.

Whoever helped me on the phone to book my uhaul, sent me the wrong location for pickup, which caused me a lot of stress, and delayed my pickup time, so I was unable to move when I needed to, as the rain moved in. Therefore, I rented a trailer and never actually got to use it.Lindsay B.

For consumers with no data, it becomes impossible to do a no-contact pick up. I think a great way to improve this would be to provide a WiFi access invite through text so that consumers can connect and pick up their truck more efficiently. I encountered no other issues with the vehicle.Lindsay W.

We didn't drop the trailer off at this location because the tire fell off the trailer. Thank God that we were not going fast and we or my vehicle were not hurt. I appreciate the full refund that I received but I will never use UHaul again or will not recommend anyone to use your trailers in the future. The wheel drum was rusted off and had no brakes. Today, we got through a host of problems that kept popping up: power outage, prices loading incorrectly, calls on the helpline that were taking a long time to connect! No matter what, these guys kept slugging away, and made it all work! I really appreciated their help to get me on the road with my trailer. The phone number of the facility was not in the follow up information so I has to google the business name to get the local number, not the 1-800 general number.Allan K.
I was there at 3:30 to drop off my truck and dolly and they had a sign up that said they would be back at 8 am. And now they want to charge for after hour drop off. Really? Is this how customer service at uhaul works? They were not open for their posted hours and I get charged 40 $and I even returned the truck with a full tank of gas and was only supposed to return it at 3/4 of a tank. I've tried returning a truck twice after hours using the online feature without success. Both times I wasn't able to. When I'd get to the part of uploading a picture it would never accept the picture. I'd select take a picture and OK once it was taken but nothing would happen preventing me from returning it. I had to call the rental location and leave a message both times. No other issues. Friendly and helpful staff.ARON W.

After my experience at both Buckley locations in Aurora, Colorado. Absolutely awful for both locations! Autoworks Service and Repair on Buckley & Iliff and ESPECIALLY Robert at the 750 S Buckley Rd, Aurora, CO 80017 store!! He was absolutely awful and should be FIRED for his incompetence and utter lack of any interest in helping customers. In contrast, the young lady at the 543 S Gilbert St, Castle Rock, CO 80104 location was as good as Robert was bad. She was absolutely wonderful! She was VERY knowledgeable, helpful, quick and efficient! If I still lived in Colorado I would drive the 45 minutes any time I had U-Haul needs. I cannot emphasize enough how good she was, especially considering my experience with both of the locations in Aurora. I HIGHLY recommend the Castle Rock location!Michael C.
