The only issue is the app!! When I was closing out the instructions left too fast. I could not go back and retrieve them. So I locked the keys in the truck. Which I then had to hire a locksmith to get them out. Costing me 70 dollars. The locations should have a second key or fix the app!!!Lori B.
I would make sure that the next customer understands fully that this location is an internet only pick up and drop off location. The office has nothing to do with U-Haul anymore other than using the parking lot for a space to put the truck. They were helpful in helping me to navigate the U-Haul.com website but they did let me know that they were no longer part of the U- Haul businessRick B.

The car carrier I rented had just been returned and had a huge egg in the front left tire. This location did not have a spare however, the road side assistance met me and had the tire changed in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the customer service and immediate response. The employees at the location made sure to hang around and make sure everything was taken care of before leaving.David P.
First, the lady that works the front desk definitely should get 5 stars and also the guy that checked out the truck for us on the day we picked it up. My low rating comes from the guy that checked the truck back in he was very rude and he really was trying to bring on additional charges by talking over the walkie talkie saying the truck was dirty on the inside but this was clearly from whoever used the truck before because their was a UPS tag in the truck that was left behind but he was trying to say we left paper in the truck and rocks from not vacuuming the truck since I been using uhaul I never for once had to vacuum the truck out then he looks in the back of the truck and there is 1 rubber band on the floor of the truck he again yells over the walkie talkie saying the back of the truck is trashy so after going back and forth with him he make us go to a car wash to clean out the truck like he really was checking the truck under a microscope I would avoid going here if possible or take pictures before and after using the truck to avoid going through what we went throughTremaine L.

The owner of Uhaul at Advantage was very rude and ugly. He did not have a clearance sign on his building. He insinuated that I was drinking or taking drugs, screamed at me and my passenger. Was screaming profanities and threatening me. Telling my girlfriend what he is going to do to me. Just all around terrible experience with this man. If you want to improve for the next customer, shut this location down and open with someone else. I will be sure to let everyone I know who may need a moving truck company to try a different location or company all around.Shaun P.

The return location was closed. I'm not sure why Uhaul would recommend returning a trailer to a location that was closed. It was returned on a Saturday morning around 10:00.Garry W.
The staff at This location was polar opposite of thevABC location. We had reservations the day before and when we arrived was informed that they didn't have our truck because it was being repaired. She could have contacted us prior but did not care. She could have called the other location to verify what we needed before we wasted time and gas. Once we got to the second location same thing no trucks available. At least he called his field manager and they were able to find a truck. This was the worst experience ever with UHAUL after years of service. They gave us ore stress and anxiety before a move which is not nevessary.Karen O.

The 6 by 12 trailer I rented was parked in the grass. It was raining when I went to get it and the guy refused to come help me load it on my truck. It felt like I pulled everything in my back trying to pick it up and I could swivel it to get it on the ball. I had to call a coworker to come help me get it on the truck. Very disappointed in the whole experience: they didn't even do a check to see it it was clean or wrecked befor I took it. So how can they attempt to say it was dirty when I brought it back if they would?Zacharih L.
Owner wrecked our truck backing trailer up. Proceeded to verbally assault with prophane language and also threatened to hit us for questioning the damage done to our vehicle. Said it wasn't his job to help us and he wasn't required to help us in any way with the trailer. Also said he didn't get paid to deal with uhaul rentals. Upon arrival at final destination it stated on the contract to contact Uhaul for drop off location. I did just that and I was told by a Uhaul representative to drop at another location other than this one. I asked the Uhaul rep if this location above was available and he said yes and to drop off the equipment there, which I did on Saturday (05/06/17). On Monday, 05/09/17, I received a phone call from the original place of drop off asking where the equipment was. I told her where I was told by the Uhaul rep to drop it off and she called the location above to confirm I did drop off the equipment there on the day specified. The drop off location above was closed when I dropped off the equipment therefore putting the keys & contract in the lock box that was provided outside for after hour drop offs. Make sure when changes are made the Uhaul rep makes the changes accordingly. Obviously, it wasn't changed in this case but, we are all human and things like this happen.MONTY D.

I was very disappointed with the services. The prices kept changing from tho price to another price. I didn't go over the miles and still I didn't get reverse for it. The equipment you provided was old and rusty and didn't get the job done. The lady told me oh well just go to budget because the price kept changing. How did my price jump from 139 to 188... I am very unhappy with the service. I was treated very unfairly. Than it was no consideration for me or my feelings. I feel lil someone should reverse me some money back this is ridiculous. Than you putting that water down gas in the tank. By the way, false advertisement is a fraud. Stop posting discounts if you don't accept discount. the inside of the cargo trailer was dirty. I had to clean the interior. plenty of red dirt/sand was on the floor. other than that, everything was ok.CARL F.

We called customer service on the 800 line. She could not help us. Friend of mine found a uhaul closer than a mile away. the person with customer service could not. Cannot understand why customer service could not help us. We were in a hurry and expected 1800 to be helpful. They were not. Advantage Collision Center worked well with me on my truck rental. The truck was new, in good shape, and clean. I do wish uHaul would change their advertisments of 19,95 $ per day rental. If the 11 $insurance is required, then they should change the signage to 30,95 per day plus milage and tax. Also, 0,59 $ per mile is very high; that may also need to be looked at, as most buinesses only reimburse 0,55 $ per mile or less. Other than that, my experiance was good and I would recommend using this location to others.RUSSELL L.

The entire staff at Advantage went above and beyond my expectations. They not only helped me hook my truck up to the trailer, they also explained-in explicit detail-how to secure the towed vehicle. I recommend that Advantage be the first place one goes to rent any U-haul needs.VINA W.

we hooked the trailer ourselves and when the trailer was hooked some of the lights didn't work. when we said something the response we got was either take the trailer or unhook and rehook to another trailer. we rehooked, but felt that it was a hassle that we should not have had to deal with. when we rented another trailer a few days later we went to another location.BRAD B.
The u-haul system was down which casue about a 30 minute delay, someone should maybe print invoices as back up in case this happens. The location was great and pleasant working hard to get me approved, I had entered everything on line to make check in faster, but guess that only works if your system is up.CHARLOTTE F.
