jason bThis location has the best customer service of any U-Haul from Colorado to Oklahoma to Texas. I recommend everyone I meet to get their U-Haul's from this location. They should send Art to other U-Haul locations to teach them how it's done. They keep my business and keep me coming back again and again.

WILLIAM PWhen I went to pick my truck up(curbside pickup) the attendant waived me inside said he could do it faster. He added charges to my reservation, didn't tell me. I never agreed to them nor authorized them. When he gave me a receipt I said this is a mistake he said call uhaul, he couldn't change anything.

Steve Hyour asking about a u haul I rented two and a half months ago ?? Not the u box that I rented from a different location last week, and returned with all my stuff, and don't know where it is because your system is always down.
Don't charge people for gas after they've refilled the gas. I'm not using that facility ever again.

Charlotte MI was doubtful about what I would find at this address, from the location. However, Art C. was friendly, explained all the items in the contract, sent me on my way in a short time, and was there to move the traffic cones from the driveway when I returned (despite the rainstorm). Nice man, made it all very easy to make it a simple trip and trancsaction.

ARLOND EThe truck it's self had several issues during my drive. It had issues getting up to speed when speed limits were 70 mph. There were issues with breaking where I almost had an accident because the brakes were not working properly.

CHARLES SWe didn't reserve the van at this location but they were wonderful. Unfortunately, the location was farther away and since uhaul charges for mileage, it added to our cost (since it was farther in each direction). This wasn't planned and should not be part of the cost. It sounds like this happens fairly regularly and customers' mileage cost should be adjusted for having to go to a different location on the fly. The workers at this site were fantastic but don't have the authority to adjust for that. I will rethink reserving with uhaul in the future because of this practice.

Jeffery LOverall the move went well. However the emails and text were confusing and over complicated resulting in two different groups trying to do the work. The U boxes were dropped off then one company unloaded them another company notified me that they would unload and deliver the U boxes after they had already been emptied. One group notified me that there would be extra cost to deliver a piano. We don't have a piano. The number of boxes was confused between 4 and 5. Somehow two companies were given the same job. We probably received over twenty notification emails or text that contradicted themselves. Overall your system is poorly administered. Your people that did the work were great.
