I would never rent a uhaul again if I had to use this location. I had a specific pickup time of 9 am on 8-10, and as far as I know, the owner/responsible party is STILL not there for me to pickup. This person does NOT represent uhaul well, at all. Had I realized this is where I was scheduled for pickup, I would have rented from another device instead. Horrible reputation and service from this person. I have rented from uhaul multiple ones and have never had an issue before. If his were my only choice in the future, I would do without.

Tried several times to call to confirm before pickup. Got no answer. Couldn't leave a message due to memory being full. Called uhaul customer service, no problem. We asked and was granted an hour to extend our pick up time. Arrived on time, one employee was there. Said the gentleman that handles the rentals had been hospitalized for a few days. Then Larry arrived from an auction and we called customer service to do the rental via phone with no problems. Just wished we could have a more efficient way to confirm a pickup

I don't think this dealership did anything wrong it was very convenient for us to drop off but it did not look open and the gentleman that we needed to speak to to return the rental was not there.

Our experience with uhaul wasn’t a good one. Not only did we experience trouble getting the wide tow dolly, we lost days waiting to find out where to get it. Our contract was sent to multiple locations. At one point, we were told that we would get $50 off of the tow dolly rental, that was supposed to be $59. We never got it AND were charged $89 for it. When we got home and unloaded the truck, it was insanity because our assistance scheduled couldn’t assist since we were delayed (because of the inability to get the stupid equipment). We scrambled to get unloaded to keep from late return charges, and low and behold, we paid more for that. I’ll say that next time we have to move, we will definitely NOT be using uhaul. In addition to all of this nonsense, the delay required two days out of work for me. This isn’t how you do business guys. The first instance was waiting for a return call and the “make it right” instance was waiting on a return call. I stopped waiting after I called a couple of times. I won’t ever be in this position again because I won’t be using uhaul.
