Steering wheel shakes when braking also when braking truck pulls to the left. Check engine light came on the truck. The back of the stuff had trash in it.

I paid for an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck. I was picking up a stove and refrigerator. This caused a delay and additional driving to find a dolly to be able to complete this move. It just added stress to an already stressful situation. And cost even more for the extra time and driving. Not happy.

Joy FI reserved a truck a week in advance and when the time came to pick it up I was told the location I reserved the truck at did not have my truck I would have to pick up at a different location witch was about 11 miles away from me I was charged for the extra miles and that is not fair to me because they messed up! I had to drive 11 miles to pick up the truck then drive 11 miles back to where I needed the truck and then 11 miles back to drop it off, thats 33 miles I was charged for that was not my fault! When I did drop the truck off I was told the place was closed and would have to wait until Monday to get my deposit back, so now I have to drive another 11 miles there and another 11 miles back again wasting my own gas for their mistake, so no I'm not pleased at all with Uhaul!!!!

Steve AThe truck was given to us not in working condition with the trailer. We loaded the whole 26 ft truck, hooked up trailer and the brake lights and turn signal never worked! We were up until 3 in the morning trying to fix. They told us we needed to unload that truck and get a new one. This was not doable because we we're leaving in 3 hours to drive 1200 miles. So now we have a vehicle left behind Not very happy about our experience

But when I went to place to pick up there was a whole other trailer in system. Then wouldn't let them change it had to call U haul and wasted and hour for them to get it right in computer so I could take it pick up place fantastic U HAUL dropped the ball
august vWe dropped off the trailer at 5PM and called the next day to make sure they checked in our trailer and THEY CHARGED US FOR AN EXTRA DAY!!! NOT COOL!

Ray SThis location had a very nice clerk. Our issue was with the website reservation. The trailer was not available when it was scheduled for and nobody bothered to call me. A nice operator finally found us this location and we ended up renting a truck . The truck ended up being helpful. It was very clean. Just always double check with the location that your rental is legitimate.
Richard FProblem was that the trailer said it was 5 foot wide....but actually was under 5 foot by 5 inches... so when I went to get my equipment an hour away, it wouldn’t fit..so wasted day and money

Chris SAffordable Car Sales and U-Haul Rental in Vienna, Oh. the guys there are fantastic, had the truck size I needed on site and ready for p/u when I requested. In and out in 5 minutes and on my way with no issues, truck ran great. Drop off was seamless and billing was exactly as it should have been. These guys are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing a rental truck.

Leo LThis place is an un-used car lot that was not very inviting. No one physically available when you drop off so not sure what to do (just leave your U-Haul?). Would only recommend if you live close by.
JACKIE SI rented this trailer from the Warren Ohio store. When I called the morning of pick up I was told the trailer would be ready at 11:00am. I asked if I could move my pick up time to 1:00pm. I was then told the person that handles the scheduling would have to call me back. She called me about 15 minutes later and advised the trailer in fact was not at the Warren store and was not going to be returned until the next day. This meant that had I not called prior to pick up there was no trailer for me to get. She then advised my pick was moved to the Vienna Ohio location. She advised me they would return the booking fee of 50$ for this inconvenience. I still have not seen the 50 refund. I arrived at the location and filled out the paperwork and paid for the trailer. When we out to hook up the trailer it was the wrong one that was reserved. I rented the motorcycle trailer with the center wheel chock. The location was advised the standard 5x9 was what was set up. Fortunately they did have the correct one and he swapped it with me no problem. Great service from the Vienna location poor service from-Haul.

geno aHas was not on 3/4 of a tank as marked. Was close to half tank. There was a hole were the light went, passenger side above cab. U haul in Mahoney fixed it. The slide out to load the truck was stuck. Mahoney help get it in stuck. When I got home tho it would not come out! Also the cab n' back of the truck was fithy!!! Some of the dash lights did not work either!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT A TRUCK FROM THE VIENNA I HAUL!!! VERY DISAPPONTED!!!
Venus MI want a full refund! We drive the truck to South Carolina and the air conditioning went out about 2 hrs into the trip! The engine light came on around mile 400 and the trailer blew a tire in south Carolina! I had to wait on the side of the highway for 3 hrs till u could get someone out there to fix it!!!! This company clearly doesn't maintain their vehicles and I paid $1500 to drive a piece of crap! Not to mention I had to then pay for a hotel to sleep in becuAse I had a blown tire and by the time it was fixed I was exhausted and hot and hungry! When I went to pick the equipment up it wasn't even at the location they originally told me! It was 45 minutes from my house!!!! And they had the wrong towing equipment! So the tow trailer I had ended costing me more money in gas cause they are way heavier! The guy who rented it to me didn't know anything except how to lie. He told me I could call him if I needed to add the insurance because my agent was gone for he day and didn't call me till the next morning. That's not the case so we had to drive the truck back to a location to take care of that! This company is terrible and I have no intention of using them in 6 weeks when we make our final move down south!

The wheel straps and safety chains to hold the car in place on the trailer were easy to use. The electrical connection between the trailer and tow vehicle and also the safety chains were easy to connect. The trailer was easy to tow. Everything worked out really great

JAMES SI would recommend the location based on other employees but not the manager that is in control of the uhaul itself. Also had very rude customer service when trying to call and get an issue resolved... won't be using uhaul again nor would I recommend it to friends/family.
