I had this location as drop off for the trailer. When I got there he said he had no room for a trailer and his lot was flooded. He made a call and I had to take the trailer to another location and when I got there they were closed and it was not even five o'clock. So I took it back to the original place and he took it. He should have taken it in the first place. He did explain an app to check in myself that no one else did.Garrell L.

No place to safely drop off trailer. Office had a rental property above it and a gentleman came out and said I could park the trailer in front of an entry way fence that was locked and closed. The drop-off picture I uploaded in the app actually had the man in it that gave me the permission to park there. They definitely needed space to accommodate appointed drop-offs. Was very well lit, though and many U-Haul trailers to choose from. Just needed a little organization.Amy C.

This location screwed me out of 112 $saying I went 280 miles over the allotted mileage of 411 miles. The mileage from my house to my new place is 352. There is no way in hell I went over by 280 when I didn't even reach the allotted mileage. I'll never use U-haul again getting screwed over like this!!Bill T.

Attendant was polite and knowledgeable however she was having problems with the new computer software. It took about 30 mins to get checked in and out even though it was reserved. There should be an faster and better process.brenda P.

The Auto Hauler was in pretty poor shape. It had surface rust everywhere and pretty banged up from prior use. Uhaul staff was very helpful. Most irritating part was the slow Uhaul computer system. That alone added 15 minutes to the transaction.Carter T.

The lady was very very helpful in correcting the blanket error as well as the fuel guage we did in fact have photo of gas with out going Milligan, the pickup location did not update the fuel error glad I took a picture of it. Was very wrong.Kim G.

Renting a trailer through you guys was a headache!!!! All i needed was a car dolly to pull a super light pickup a few hours down the road. The truck was a manual so a car dolly would have worked out fine, I even offered to remove the driveshaft and I was still not allowed to rent a car dolly. Instead I had to rent a car hauler that was 4 times the size and 10 times the weight, causing me to have to find a different tow vehicle.....what a joke. The truck I was pulling would not have been a problem at all, your system is a aggravating.MATTHEW F.

The truck was not swept. I did so myself while they processed paperwork because I was against a tight schedule. Also, I had reserved an appliance dolly that they did not have when I arrived. They did try to find one locally (no one else had one or were not open yet) and offered to call and reserve one in the town I was moving to, which I declined. Seems like they would have looked at the reservation ahead of time and had one when I arrived.RUSSELL R.

Affordable Lock Box charged me 15 $extra for fuel mileage. I'm still reviewing my receipt making sure they didn't charge me extra for anything else. The uhaul had a little less than a fourth of tank. My receipt said the truck had a half of tank. I told the employee and she said she'd leave a note saying the uhaul had less than a fourth. I took pictures of the beginning and ending mileage as well as the gas hand before driving off the parking lot. These pictures has the time and date on them. I called Affordable Lock Box offering to show David these pictures and David said he NOT changing his records. To get a refund he said I needed to call customer service and he gave me the wrong number.LAKYAH W.
