I had a wonderful experience. All paperwork went smoothly moving in and moving out showing the professionalism of the staff and their knowledge ability of their position. Very impressed. Very rare these days. I have used uhaul for many years and will continue to do so.

The trailer we rented felt like the wheels/tires needed to be balanced. Even with a fully loaded trailer, it was extremely bouncy. The trailer also had a big leak in the forward right side leading to a lot of our belongings getting wet.

JoAnn and Andrew were wonderful to work with on securing the rental unit and the "end of use". Concise and knowledgeable on all procedures. The unit itself was used for a couple years and ZERO bug or rodent activity!. Highly recommend from all aspects!!

Ac went out 30 minutes into our day; in Florida and the heat index was 108!!! Requested service and they never returned my call, submitted a request online and also no call back!! It was horribly hot loading a 21' truck and driving 3 hours back in the oppressive heat. Yes; I'm pissed.

This location should have someone at the facility not afraid to move their own trucks. Don't ask the customer if they could please move ot for them.

Donna is a very nice person. Kept us up to date on lock code changes. Informative on any issues. Felt safe with all the cameras. We would go back there if needed in the future. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The truck worked great. But it smelled like cat pee. However, we have been charged twice for our rental and have yet to get through to anyone who can correct this problem. We have tried phone calls, email and chat, and have gotten cut off or put off with each attempt to correct the billing problem.

The rental location and service were great, the truck was not. It looked fine at first glance but when we lowered the ramp we discovered it was covered with bits of a black burnt substance as well as a thick liquid. The liquid turned out to be maple syrup. We tried to wash the black bits off but they stuck, we had to scrub the whole ramp by hand. The truck bed also had a sticky film on it that left black marks on our shoes, so we had to scrub that as well and cover it with tarps so that the movers wouldn't track whatever it was through our home. We had to do all of this on the morning of our move, when we should have been prepping for our movers to arrive at 9am. This was a Saturday morning and we had picked the truck up on Friday evening, so there was no way to get a replacement, even if they had another of what we needed. Needless to say, it was a nightmare experience and a terrible beginning to a long day..

The lock on the back of the truck. The last letter of the code was extremely difficult to turn/move to the correct letter. The part that is not this locations fault is U-Haul 24/7 check in. Was a nightmare. took 45 minutes of me standing out in the cold. It was absolutely ridiculous and the online chat service representative was useless.

My wife and I used this storage facility for 3 years. The manager, Donna, is awesome and always willing to help with our storage needs. We never had issues accessing our unit after hours, and Donna was there during the day. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone in Citrus County!

Trailer had been "recently serviced". Unit had water and mold along front bulkhead. We had to mop and clean up the trailer before loading it with furniture. When we returned the unit to our final destination the return inspection noted that the safety chains were almost worn through and posed a serious safety risk. We were very fortunate that there were no issues towing. If the trailer had become unhooked it could have easily broken the chains and overturned the trailer and our vehicle! The pick up location took a picture of the hook up. They also selected a drop off location that was 45 minutes further then the one we found. When we called to change the drop off location we were placed on hold and finally disconnected from customer service. We were told that there had been multiple issues with uhauls software from the pick up location and from customer service. We have used uhaul multiple times but the last two experiences have left us sceptical of the quality of service from all facets of the organization.

Have used this storage facility several times. I am completely satisfied with the place. And Donna is an absolutely wonderful person. Very helpful and always on top of things. Dont need the unit anymore. Finally got moved. But if I ever need one again. This is definitely where I will come. And would recommend to anyone needing a place.

This facility is clean, well lit, air-conditioned in my unit, in general a top-notch storage site. Donna is easy to deal with, helpful, and available to your calls. She's a great manager. I can't recommend this facility enough.

Donna went beyond being professional, friendly and courteous. She made the storage of our possessions easy and we felt reassured with the security offered. She was always around to make sure that we were happy or needed help with moving things as my husband is an amputee. She is a caring person who makes moving a pleasure instead of a task.

Lady at the location not very knowledgeable or willing to help. Within 5 minutes the tire went flat. I had to wait 5 hours for them to come replace the tire. Then we where traveling at night and there was no running lights or tail lights. Called Uhaul at was told it was a 2 to 3 hour wait for someone to come out to look at the lights.

We were unable to rent the 20' truck that we reserved & instead rented a 10' truck. It worked out fine for us but I feel that the dealer should be able to compensate the customer in this sort of situation with some sort of a discount. In no way does this reflect on the dealer in my opinion.

The website for this facility states that it is open 7 days a week from 9-5. However, that is not the case. Their website needs to be updated to reflect the actual hours. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.

The locks used are awful. We had to wait in puring rain for an hour for someone to arrive to assist us. It was not his fault - he was great and got it unlocked in five seconds. But that's the problem - if someone has to know exactly how to unlock it then this type of lock makes no sense to use. It delayed my packing and journey and subsequently I had to rearrange my plans for getting the truck unpacked when I arrived in Chattanooga. For me, it was only a minor inconvenience, but I cannot see this as a viable method of service if the area manager has to come assist when the locks cannot be opened.

The Citrus Springs Affordable Self Storage is well managed and friendly. Our rented space was clean, bug-free and adequately air conditioned for our use. The manager helped us secure an excellent rental truck also, for our moving these things on to our home in Tennessee.

A tire on the trailer came off the rim on Interstate 75 . We sat there for 4 and 1/2 hours waiting for someone to come and put on a new tire.. That is not acceptable! The company you used was Shackleford Enterprises of GA LLC. 423-553-9494.

There office hours showed they were open and no one was there to receive in the trailer. Then to get a return confirmation email I had to call u-haul because this place still had not sent me a receipt two days later

Your corporate office is horrible! They have a script and don't work with anyone! They are rude and unapologetic when they disappoint or are asked any questions not in their script. You should thank God everyday for your local representatives that seek solutions and work with the custormers!
