David AThe vehicle was not clean and was obviously not maintained. The check engine light came on 2 hours in my 9 hours drive. I paid more attention to the gauges than the highway. This obviously lengthened my drive as being fearful of a breakdown on my trip with a vehicle full of furniture.
vere mThe employee's app didn't work well, it took a lot of attempts to get us signed in etc. Maybe be sure tech is working properly, maybe poor connectivity. Kind of frustrating getting going
Sharon OAfter driving to the location 24 miles from the house and unhitching the 12 ft trailer I was unable to close out the rental via the app. It was stating that the location was incorrect. I then realized I had received a text that the drop off had been changed. Although the hours for the drop off location were until 6 pm there was no one at the location even though it was not yet 6 pm. Attempted the chat on the app to change the location back to the original, but all they told me was that I needed to wait until the morning. I contacted U-Haul via phone and was able to get the location reverted to the original location. Spent more than 40 minutes in returning this trailer.

Equipment is well maintained and clean! The atmosphere is like "come on in and sit a spell, take a load-off and tell me what you need neighbor"! Highly recommened!!!!

lisa BI've be been coming there for years and you are very prompt and process the transaction quickly. The one in garden doesn't hold a candle for you. Just introduced this place today to my friend who lives off SR 520. He wanted to get the truck off alafaya since we were going to Orlando to pick up some stuff. I said , absolutely not ! So easy to get in and out at this south street uhaul. End of story. Very satisfied with your service.

Ammon FNeed more motorcycle trailers at that location. I had no problem because I reserved it online but someone else wanted to rent one but there was only one. The trailer was smooth and the price was good.
