The only comment I would have was this location was not my chosen location but was the third location I was switched to when I made my reservation. It was furthest one of the three from the location where I needed the trailer.

Robert EI've never had a long wait when renting a truck nor trailer when I've used the UHaul app, at this location the UHaul lot is always well arranged and extremely well organized. The staff has also been extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and always willing to lend a hand when need be . Yes I would Highly recommended But I don't want everyone to know about them and spoil my chances to get a truck or trailer when I need it Lol .

On extremely short notice because of said problem… they had what I needed and I was on my way to move an apartment full of furniture in minutes, people where waiting for me to show up with the truck and had taken time off work to help …. Phillip JOne tire must have a slow leak. It only had 20 lbs of air when I loaded up so we aired it up. On return trip we aired it up as well. The trailer worked beautifully. Picking the trailer up and dropping it off was very easy.

Rene MNo issues with the location or truck in general. Rental location is great and so is their service. Was frustrated that the previous renter didn't clean out the cargo area. Looked as though they had moved some muddy tools or something. Otherwise, no issues.
Chris BDid not get message in time from U-Haul site that the requested size truck was not available. Had to use a smaller truck which required an additional trip which resulted in more mileage and fuel used. Please note front passenger tire was very warn with some balding on the outside. The truck pulled to the right which could cause the tire wear.

jeff cWhen I made my reservation directly calling UIHaul for. 15' truck. They didn't have one on site when I arrived at my scheduled time. I was lucky someone came in about 15 minutes after I arrived to return one. This put me behind on time to be out of the house I was moving out of and I had paid movers to arrive at a certain time and ended up going over an hour than the 3 hours o paid for. So I lost money ultimately because UHaul didn't have the truck I reserved there and ready for me.
