I was charged 615 dollars for a 480 dollar rental and I only used it for 48 hours. I got charged for 5 full days. I didn't get my refund back and I'm not happy. Someone needs to get ahold of me and give my refund back.

This location did not have a drop box for keys, making the advertisement of 24 hour service false. This is absurd, and unacceptable. Customer service rep was pleasant, but ultimately had no way of helping. If this location cannot provide the level of service consistent with the brand, they should not be licensed as a franchise.

Be prepared. We had a reservation for 9, and didn't get the uhaul until almost 10am. They had no idea what they were doing. Wanted to give us a size larger truck due to issues they had no idea about. Didn't know our reservation or read it. I asked for 17' he said well we can give you a size larger, so a 17.. I said I'm already wanting a 17... wanted us to go check the truck for mileage and gas, then his boss came and made him check the truck... it was a nightmare. Longest I've ever had to wait to pick up a truck. And don't get me started about returning it!!!

The cab was filthy. Chewed sunflower seed shells on the floor. Something that resembled blood on the seat. I did not feel it was clean at all. Direct conflict from what the uhaul website says: “ Equipment preparation standards have intensified. We're sanitizing steering wheels, door handles, control knobs, keys, seats and seatbelts. Cargo areas are cleaned. Retail stores are sanitized continually. Distancing plans and capacity limits are observed.”

This is the worst reservation system I have ever worked with. Multiple locations could only tell me that “at least your reservation was not canceled” I reserved a trailer and left the reservation website feeling pretty good about my move. I took time off of work and planed all the rest of my three day move. Only to have a LATE text four hour before my pick up time completely screwing me over. They changed my pick up location and hour and a half away. Customer service department sucks and we're not helpful. The original pickup location could not work with me. My start time was delayed two hours cutting into my scheduled plans. This was the worst experience. I was at uhauls mercy and they treated me like shit. This location , customer service, and every other person or website I worked with was at the lowest level of customer service. You have lost me forever as a customer and I will feel sick inside every time I see any of you trucks on the road. I will pay more to avoid doing business with uhaul company that is so disrespectful of peoples time.

I picked the truck using truck share option. It asked vehicle damage and cleanliness when I pick up the truck. Actually the truck which I picked has low tire pressure on right front tire. After I picked the truck I went 4 miles to another u-haul store to resolve the tire pressure. It would be nice to have the option to ensure other details of the truck until the customer start vehicle.

Your online process sucks. ID upload is useless and online check in does nothing to expedite or ease the pi k up of the vehicles. I will be looking at Penske in the future.

Hi. I was surprised to find this place closed before 6:00 pm in the summertime. I wished I'd know because I would have liked to see a checkout person. I was able to deal with the mobile check out ok however which was good. Thank you all for making that part easy. So all is well!

My pick-up experience was very good. My return experience was not so good. was led to believe that someone would be there in the morning when I returned the truck. No one was there. Location hours were not posted. When I called the main U-Haul customer service number to find out what to do, I was on hold too long so I hung up. All of this was a waste of my time on a weekend that I was very busy.

Eric went to drop the trailer off at this location. He said it was very hard and frustrating to get in and drop the trailer we rented. Their google hours indicated that they were open but there was an employee there who said they were closed but took our paperwork and would handle it. I guess he didn't update the system to reflect we had dropped it off because I received a phone call two or three days after we dropped it off, asking me where the trailer was. I called back and spoke to a helpful representative and she put in notes about what happened when Eric dropped off the trailer and a couple of days later I received my receipt, closing out my rental on the day we actually dropped it off!

Well the entire experience with U-Haul during this move was the worst of my life. The only thing that went well was Tom's customer service at the rental location. He should be in control of training all of Uhauls employees. Everyone else except for Tom was rude and sloppy. I will never use U-Haul again most likely because of everything that happened but if I do, it will only be because of Tom. Time to give that man a raise and for everyone else you should be ashamed of yourself.

We reserved some equipment that was not available at this location so we had to visit a different location to get what we needed, and we weren't notified of this beforehand. That was an inconvenience and slowed down our move. It would have been nice if this location was better stocked or if we could have been notified that the equipment we had ordered was unavailable.

I returned the vehicle transport on July 3rd, as scheduled and was still charged an extra $28.00 (plus appicable taxd and fees) for rental and insurance for equipment that i didn't use for that day.

The most time consuming pain in my schedule was the mess up on uhaul end.the dealer promptly did there best to straighten out.all in all it could have been worse time wise.so kudos to our pick up spot dealer.

There was no one behind the counter for 15 minutes when I got there. Finally when someone arrived he was very rude to me and the other people waiting. He was also not wearing a mask while it is a state mandate. When I came to drop off at 4pm the location had locked doors and I was never given instruction on what to do if no one was there. Plus I was charged an "after hours fee" of $20 and don't remember being told that would happen. Very unhappy.

When I arrived at this location the man how helped us was rude, condescending, and potentially untruthful. He took the time to berate and belittle both the customers ahead and behind us in line, took a personal call while he helped me hook up, and told us the trailer had to be returned to the same location or else. He actually went so far as to tell me I needed to have my UHaul back earlier than my contract time because the return time was too close to his closing time and he didn't want to have to work overtime. He made the experience so uncomfortable that I would rather not rent a UHaul than return to his location.

Uhaul had my reservation down for 8am, so on moving day I go and the location did not open until 9am. Not a good start to the day to say the least.

Have the equipment rented in stock. The truck was at this location, which you changed from the location I requested the rental from, but they did not have the dolly I rented, I had to go to a third location to get it. And neither location had my wardrobe that I bought. I never received the wardrobe box at all.

When I went to pick up the truck the previous renters had not yet returned the truck at 3:00 p.m.as they were supposed to do. The man told me that they closed at 4:00, but if I wanted to wait I could. They did return the truck about 3:30 and the man at the store told me that if I waited 10 minutes while he checked the truck in, it would be ready and I would be able to rent the truck. Realizing that it wasn't his fault that the truck was returned late, I waited. However, by the time I was able to get into the truck it was almost 4:00 and the truck was filthy. Since the man had checked out the truck before he rented it to me and didn't say anything about the truck being dirty, didn't say anything to me about cleaning up some one else's mess and the fact that I needed the truck that day, had waited to rent it and it was 4:00 p.m., I just took the truck as it was. I used the truck for four hours to move some things, cleaned out the bed of the truck as it was the only thing I had used, filled the tank to 3/4 as he advised me to do, and returned the truck to the lot by 8:30 p.m. When I was filling out the paperwork to rent the truck I asked him about returning it after hours and he told me that all I needed to do was gas up the truck, park it in the lot and put the keys in the dropbox slot in the door of the store. He did not explain the lengthy check-in process that UHaul requires a renter to complete if the truck is returned after hours. Thankfully, I had thought to take a picture of the odometer and gas gauge before I dropped the keys in the dropbox. The next day when I received my receipt by email there was a cleaning fee of $25 that had been added to my bill. I called to ask why and the man told me that the truck was dirty. When I explained that the truck was dirty when I got into it his only response was "Well, you never should have gotten into a dirty truck. That's on you!" I asked why when he checked the truck in why he didn't clean it before he rented it to me, he had no response. I will never use this UHaul rental facility again!
