The trucks are trash. The location is weird and hopefully you won't have to call because the dude who answers the phone is unintelligible and extremely rude.
Aubrey AHaving used this business before for moving trucks, it's become our GO-TO for such needs. I experienced great service when returning the truck.

BENNETTA BLocation should have been identified as self-serve. Customer should have had the opportunity to work through all the tedious steps ahead of time. No link in email to check in. Went to web site and had no option to check in or it was not apparent. Web site instructed downloading the app for checkin. The app on iPhone froze multiple times resulting in calling and having to then go back to the web site and complete all the task, took over 30 minutes. Checkout process was also not apparent either as had already locked and deposited the keys, do could not obtain the mileage. Very poor and frustrating experience.

ERIK WAfter checking in, I got a call from someone alleging that I ran over a cone in their lot. I would NEVER have intentionally driven over a cone. The cone in question was broken when I arrived. I saw two cones to the right so I went left. But even if somehow I had accidentally broken it, that did not warrant the rude and disrespectful way the man spoke to me. He called me stupid and told be to grow a brain next time. That was not a professional way to handle the situation. If there was an issued, he could have simply called to alert me and advise what the potential consequences would be. The name calling, back to back calls ( I refused to continue to be berated in such a manner and hung up so he called back), and then he text me with the same message. Not professional AT ALL! Without telling him why, I called the person who followed me to ask if I'd hit any cones, and he expressed seeing the same thing I did. I'm certain that if Mr. "Grow a Brain" actually reviewed the footage (if there even is any), he'd see that it was broken upon my arrival. Teaching some basic people skills can go a long way.
Devin MThe mobile self-pickup process should be streamlined. No complaints about the info that is needed to verify me to allow me to rent, totally understand why that's needed, but the verification process should be able to be done in advance, instead of leaving me waiting for half an hour for the phone app to cooperate and for an agent to finish checking my info. The website and the phone app are fairly slow and glitchy across multiple phones and laptops. Additionally, the trucks need maintenance. The first truck I tried to rent wouldn't even start, and the second one I got swapped to had a check engine light on by the end of the day at turn in. The customer service reps were very nice and helpful though, they were great. Overall, I don't know that I'd trust this location again if I needed to rent a moving truck.
Stephen WTruck was parked next to a row of bushes that were deep in wet leaves, which made it almost impossible to open the driver's side door to enter the vehicle, so we had to enter through the passenger door. Driver's side headlight was out, making driving in the fog and rain very dangerous. Plus, the windshield wiper blades are in horrible shape and need replacing, making driving in the rain more difficult than it should have been. BOTH issues are inexcusable!

David MThe company charged me twice for the rental adding additional fraudulent charges on the second one. When called, they tried to blame me saying that I must have brought it back late or driven it further. I emphasized that I did everything correctly. I called U-Haul a couple of hours later and found out that the 3rd party company had issued a refund and corrected the charges.

Brie WCustomer service was excellent all around. Since I was returning the vehicle to a different drop off location I had some questions. I had no problem reaching the reps. They were very cordial and were able to help me every step of the way. Very happy with U-Haul!
Paul BThe gas tank had less than 1/8, in it. Very little room to maneuver vehicles, even a 10' box truck. The app has so many issues. No where to upload photos of existing damage at pick-up. It crashed during live chats, multiple times. It crashed while trying to upload pics during return. When I signed back in the return was completed. While Penske is more expensive. They are much more reliable. This was the last time I use U-Haul.
keith wMobile access only via App - U-Haul changed my reservation location and stated I could access through website instead of App (I was reluctant to use any mobile access) which is FALSE. Owner of grounds was helpful but U-Haul call center experience was terrible and provided false information which severely delayed my relocation. App takes a very long time to load anything. Avoid and stick with a walk-up counter with actual people.

Andrew AThe vehicle pickup was a disaster since there was no one at the site. I was on the phone with three different representatives and it took over an hour and a half to finally get my truck.
Greg BDespite the fact that Uhaul system was down, the lady at this location made every effort to complete the process. We decided to go with a larger truck the last moment but she was very flexible in providing the equipment we needed. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a reliable Uhaul location.
Oguz KI was not made aware at the time of booking that this was an unattended location. I found the process to get my truck key incredibly frustrating and cumbersome. One of your agents, Holly, was great and was able to work me through the process which took 2 hours.
Joe JOverall experience it good. I had specifically chosen a location that was open and not virtual. Location was changed a couple days before. Then the hand truck I reserved was given to someone else so I had to drive to another location and rent from there. I still haven't got confirmation that the separate contract has been closed out. I've called the drop off location 2times and never received a call back. I call the 800 number and was told it would get closed and I'd get an email. Didn't happen.
MITCHELL NWorst app ever! Despite entering my info earlier, I had to do it again. Why not ask for dl photo when you first sign up. Also, no parking for your vehicle.
Stan SHave a live person available to assist rental checkout/return. The U-Haul app does not work on Android phones. Check out was still possible on internet, but it was very tedious.

Dale WThe mobile app needs work, it does not pick up the location to allow you to start the check-in process. The approval process takes time and not very efficient. While the unit was clean, it needed maintenance. I would recommend other locations where you can talk to rep and highlight the damage ahead of your rental. I made sure to document all damage in case I had any issues with them down the road.

WILLIAM HThe location was fine, the app check in was horrible. It took 2 hours to get the keys, the drivers license would not scan properly and the picture sent in took over an hour to get approved. I repeated all check in steps over 10 times, while on the phone with Uhaul.

Samuel CThis location was very complicated to get the keys for the truck. I have rented uhauls several times in the past and never had such a poor experience. The owner was very rude and swore at us on the phone and hung up on us. He lacked patience and stated that he was busy at his other job and did not have time to help us. It took almost an hour to get keys upon arrival and we had to re-enter information such as drivers license multiple times.
Allison OThe original location I went to had a flat tire. They originally told me it was a sensor problem until they went out and looked at the tire. They then got me a reservation at a person less check in, where I downloaded the app on my android phone and it stopped working, then I had to download it on my wife's iPhone, and it kept being stuck on the loading screen, the whole process took more than a hour We had to call the main line and they eventually had to tell use to use the website. Listed below is the claim number (4640888 ). We planned on getting the truck at 9:30 we didn't end up leaving the uhal place around 11. The plan was to move before it started to rain, because of the delay we had to move in the rain
Richard FThis whole process was shady and felt unsafe. they do not even allow you to park your vehicle on their lot. The trucks are disgusting, dirty, smelly and old. Noisy, loud and in need of a tune up. and they overcharged my card. And have continued try to charge me more money. Its Fraud! I would never recommend this stinky, unkept, trucks, unkept place to anyone.
Franshanta MThankfully I found the AGN Uhaul location. It provides self check-in and pickup. However, one of the uhaul lot attendant was on the grounds moving vehicles and assisted me. I first went to the 2840 Holcomb bridge rd location in Alpharetta, Ga and was greeted with a very unfriendly customer service by Owen G. He refused to rent me a truck due to out of state license. I couldn't understand his new policy as I just rented a truck here in Georgia to move my things last February 2023. I also just had a hitch installed on my vehicle by uhaul. Due to my traveling essential employee work. I frequently rent from Uhaul. Owen seemed to be having a terrible day. He was shacking and sweating and swearing. I recorded his behavior and assumed him to be under the influence of drugs. While listening to his rants, I reserved a truck via uhaul app that allowed me to avoid face to face interaction all together. Moving is stressful and no one needs added difficulty for a service they are paying for. AGN location was perfect but avoid Owen G at the 2840 Holcomb bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30022 location.

Ivy FEverything about this auto-attendant rental was terrible, and I will never us it again. In fact, there were 4 other people trying to pickup their rentals as I was, and we ended up helping each other since each of us had progressed through the process differently. The cab of the truck had not been cleaned of spilt drinks and I didn't want to touch anything other than the steering wheel. Nothing about this was intuitive on the iPhone, and due to limited cell service, uploading photos added time to an already frustrating process. While logging into my U-Haul reservation via the web, the U-HAUL app I downloaded told me I wasn't connected to the internet; it doesn't work! The website used for the initial reservation NEVER indicated that this site was a "self-service" dealership. Had I know this, I would have searched for one that had a HUMAN ATTENDANT. Most, not all, people do not rent from U-HAUL on a weekly/monthly basis, so the self-service model is HORRIBLE for someone that hasn't rented a truck in years. Overall, I would give this location and process a -10 score on a scale of 1-10. I'll be sure to share my experience with others, not to punish U-HAUL, but to warn them so that they don't have to repeat my incredibly frustrating experience that caused unnecessary delay to our move.

Brian GThe rental experience was the worst ever. I was directed to five different locations to pickup the truck. I confirmed each and then it was changed. The app is not intuitive. Completely frustrating when trying to get the truck. The truck itself was great. The pickup process was awful. I would never recommend because of it.

Arvind BThe vehicle was difficult to get out of the location. Very tight quarters. No one was there at 8am, so had to make a few calls. The people were nice enough but this just took forever. To access the key box was a complete disaster. The drop box(old technology) had a code on the lock that was WAY more difficult than should be in 2023! Took forever to actually get on the road.
Stephen HI was charged for extra gas even though I got the truck with half a tank. I put more gas in the truck than I picked it up with.

GARY AThe location was fine however the uhaul app is the absolute worst. Took me 1 1/2 hrs just to get the truck. I was either hung up on or the call dropped on 3 occasions. Returning the truck was horrible also. The location is fine if someone is there to help. But if using the app is the choice I would say no.
