First, this was a 2nd location that I was sent to in order to get the U-Haul. The previous renters had not returned the truck timely to the original location! The new (Maple St) location was not clearly marked. The UHaul was parked in an abandoned lot next door where the building was boarded up. The owner had to help me through the process to take the U-Haul.

Paid 96 cash for a reservation uhaul schedule me for on line and I didn't get the uhual until 12 when my pickup was 10:30 am and he overcharged me and told me my refund was coming back on my card and I'm still waiting what is going on

I was told I would incur a stiff penalty for not returning it in New Bedford, MA. Because of a delay on the road it was easier to drop it off in Rochester NY, and only pay an extra day fee of $40. Instead, my total extra charges came out to $181,32 The penalty charge of $141,32 was, in my estimation, steep and uncalled for as it was the Holiday and all your offices were closed. I will not recommend your company to anyone. Especially when i was told i could drop it off in Rochester if I wanted to by the agent at Harbor Safe Storage in Homosassa, FL.

Making sure if the key isn't in a lock box that staff is available to retrieve the key for customers and at the location at appointment time.
