Nothing. This was the easiest and most friendly uhaul experience i have ever had.
Walter YoungI couldn't do a after-hours checkin on mobile because there was no way to upload my odometer picture. The app and the website both asked for one and would not let me continue without it.

Shashank SunkaraThey doubled charged me on the day, and billed me for the gas I already filled. What were they thinking? 16 miles charge me 20 gallons of fuel?!!!! Never the less I already filled to where was left when I took the truck. And after I called they said they will refund charge on the fuel. Guess what they never did!!!
Jin WuLuckily, I was able to get in contact with Ken , who was incredibly helpful, upon my arrival at the Agway location in Waltham. My only issue was that I never received a code for the key to the truck! The location itself was convenient and easy to access but the instructions for getting access to the key itself could be improved.
AnaMaria IonI was a bit disappointed that after not having the equipment I needed at my preferred location, I was also unable to get the equipment I preferred at this location. At the time of my arrival, the location was closed and despite my request for mobile check-out, the keys weren't available. I had to call customer service in order to see what my options were. They were able to switch my equipment to a different type for which keys were available via lockbox. I am disappointed to not get the rental that I had anticipated, but glad that there was an option that allowed me to do the moving I needed to do as planned. Unfortunately the interior of the truck I was given after the original van wasn't available was pretty dirty with receipts and small trash items in the cab and dried mud on the floorboards.
SHERIDA HIBBARDI had an issue with my reservation not linking with my U-Haul account. The pick up was mobile app based as the center was closed. So I was on the phone for 30minutes trying to get access to the instructions to get into my Uhaul. Other than that, everything was great.

Michael PetersonThe store associate added collision waiver without notifying me. Had to contact customer service afterwards to have it waived. Also, I was double charged for the rental and still have not received a refund for the second charge. Extremely poor experience.

Austin BlissBetter customer service would be a good starting point. When a customer has a question, it's important to address it. Even if it means walking to the truck and showing around. There was no walkthrough done with the trick I rented.

Robert LugoloobiI was hoping for a truck with a powered lift-gate; second choice would have been a 10' box-van and a ramp, but the closest I could get was a 20' truck with a ramp. It got the job drive, but was a little more awkward.
Michael BergmanMobile checkout. Keys were not in lock box. Retail store was closed. On line chat was helpful opening all lock boxes but keys were not available. As a result, I could not use vehicle. Wasted 90 minutes of my day. Very frustrating and unsatisfactory customer experience.
