I took it all the way over to this laocation and you charge me for fuel. I could have dropped it right near my house. Now I'm paying extra for fuel in my car to pick me up and you charge me an absorbent rare for 2 gallons of fuel What service

I reserved a truck ahead of time and opted for pickup during non business hours using the app. When I arrived the app wanted additional info that I couldn't get at that early hour and Kayla saved the day, helped me get the truck even though she was off the clock. Absolutely above and beyond. She is a stellar person and dedicated hard working employee. Thank you!!!
Patrick MKayla was an amazing help at this location. I went in with the expectation of getting a truck with a ramp, luckily, Kayla asked me if that is what I needed before getting into the truck. Once I did tell her that I needed the ramp, she was able to put me into the correct truck. Such a big help!!

Fred MI will be calling corporate on Monday. I was told the UHaul had a full tank and it did NOT. We drove 13 miles for our rental but put 9 gallons in the tank!

GREGORY CUHaul estimates I used 6 gallons to travel 7 miles. Their estimate is about 50 percent off.

Fernando LThe most horrible experience ever. We returned the truck. The contractor at the location charged us for 290 miles when we only used 29 miles!!! We noticed it immediately when we received our receipt. Went back to the location and the contractor couldn't do anything for us. He was trained. He gave us a managers number. We got in touch with the manager. The manager states that he would refund us immediately. Of course depending on our bank. Two days later we check in with the manager and he said "oops I made ANOTHER mistake. I refunded it cash in our system." So we wait another 3 days for the credit of $269 to go back on our credit card. Thomas the manager and the Ahwatukee location are the most incompetent people. Both making several mistakes and both used "I am human I make mistakes". Twice. Both of you? Really. Horrible customer service.

JUDY KTiffany went above and beyond to get me the truck I needed. Tiffany did an excellent job relocating me to another unit in the storage complex. Tiffany has excellent people skills. She did everything to make our move go smooth and worry free.
Donna NKeep store open until the promised time. Do not make customer go through the 24/7 without help, especially when the customer wants to pick up from a physical location. Make sure gas is filled full when renting.

MWENDA RThe scheduling did not communicate clearly with the location where I reserved a 15' Truck, Auto Transport Trailer, and a Utility Dolly. My reservation was changed without my approval or notification to This location. I had to pick up my dolly and another location. The truck was dirty when I picked it up. Very, very poor communication between locations and scheduling. This trip was a nightmare! I will never use UHaul again. The mover that I scheduled thru your site to unload my truck was sexually harassing me and arguing with me in my home. I asked him to stop and he did not and would not step outside when I asked him to. I need someone to contact me from corporate immediately. I have sent a message and have not received a reply.
Nancy GI'm a little disturbed by the fact that I was issued the wrong truck, bought insurance for a new truck and was given a used to truck, wrote back to the company that I wanted to have the insurance removed, and have not heard any response and now received the bill with the insurance on it. That has made my overall experience unsatisfactory. I would love to hear from somebody. My cell phone number is 704 661-6996. Merci.

scott hThe pick up was complicated. It was an after hour pick up and it took me almost an hour to get the truck because the wrong one was in the system. The after hour process needs improvement. The call center customer service reps were very helpful.
Nader SI was not satisfied with the condition of the 20 foot truck I rented. It rained on our moving day. The windshield wipers disintegrated during my 50 mile trip while I was driving on a packed freeway. The rubber came off completely and I could barely see anything. It was very dangerous. Also, the truck leaked and soaked almost all of my boxes. They were soggy and a mess when I got to my destination. Someone needs to maintain these vehicles. Obviously nobody had changed the wiper blades in many years. The design of the vehicle is also poor. The runoff from the overhead above the truck cab comes down right outside the door so every time I got out I was soaked. A small rain gutter on the overhang above the drivers door would solve this. I am now going to have to go to my storage unit and take everything out, let it dry and then repack them in new dry boxes. I had no choice but to unload the wet boxes as I had to return the truck that day and my helpers wouldn't be available the next day. This situation could have been avoided by proper maintenance. The truck had considerable mileage and should have been properly inspected prior to being rented.
Chris PU-Haul should advertise the current mileage rate. 0,99/mile is outrageous for a small 15ft truck. Mileage was double the rental rate. I suppose all rentals are like that, but a customer can't help but feel taken advantage of when the big bold ads say $29,99 per day.
