I rented the truck from a different location and when I showed up to pick it up I was told there wasn't a truck available "someone showed up earlier and took it". I asked what is the point of reserving a truck? The person there was non-chalant, no apologies, acted as if it is common procedure and I just was not understanding. I told him he needed to give a larger truck at the same price because he screwed up. "No can do" was his answer, and told me to go to another location. Very poor customer service and no apology or attitude admitting the mistake. I was VERY disappointed and upset.

Basil P.Employees need additional training. Even though I had confirmed online check in, staff could not complete the rental without me calling uhaul and staff having to call uhaul as well. No help in hooking up, no knowledge of how to, and did not receive my confirmation call the evening prior to the move.
