My mobile check in experience was horrible. It took almost 45 min to get the keys to the truck due to the truck number not being in the correct place. Also when I called Uhaul customer service I received horrible customer service from a female associate who eventually transferred me to someone else. The next associate was great and patient. After speaking to him, I found the keys in 2 min. The mobile check in experience needs improvement and so does Uhaul customer service overall.

DANIEL M.Uhaul itself was unprofessional. I left work early and I traveled 3hrs for an 8am appt. Uhaul calls at 8am to tell me that its not available. They send me to a new location with a different size truck. The new location didn't open at 9am, they were late and didn't show until almost 11am. The inside of the truck was covered in mud but I had already signed the paper. Uhaul didn't give me a discount the storage facility did. Then, upon returning Uhaul charges me for the mess that was already there. I set up an account online but was never able to login. Uhaul needs to stop relying on technology so much, pick up the phone and make sure that arrangements are made properly. Airport storage tried to remedy their part UHAL DID NOT!

LOUIS C.They were to open at 9 but it was 9:15 when the person. He was very friendly but the alarm went off, he could not shut it off, he had to call to find out how to turn it off, and he had to call someone to help him through signing us up to get a truck. We left at 10. Not a good experience.
