It was hard to find the location. There are no signs to show where the store 's location. The rep stated "the city will not allow them to have one."

Straps were broken. Back tire on right hand side was flat. And front tire on left hand side. Tread was coming off and cords were showing. Plus your computer system. Took over an hour to process me.

The lady that was handling this location was nice and try to get us some kind of reimbursement but couldn't get nowhere with the main office

Both tires very low on air. And trailer parked in ditch had to get out of ditch buy self as lady in office had no help

This survey entirely avoids the problems you have in the leasing process. This is an area in which you have the most problems and create the most customer dissatisfaction. So my recommendation is that you create a survey that is focused on the customer experience in trying to arrange for equipment rental.

Went there no one there and no drop box so I had to call and find a new drop off place and make sure they change it but I see they didn't because u are asking me about this one

Check the maintenance on your vehicles.

There was no jack on the trailer. I had to pick up the heavy trailer tongue by myself. There was nobody there to help me.

My Uhaul was not clean inside or out. The truck had alot of damage on it. I always rent from Uhaul. I will continue to. BUT never again will I use this location. I'll need a Uhaul again in about a mouth. I will rent from Uhaul but again.. Not from this location.

Needs better computers but not bad just a little wait time

My initial reserved location (riverside dr) gave my rental to someone else. My reservation was done a month in advance and it was confirmed that my rental was ready and available. I was sent to Air Park storage and the lady there was great. Took care of everything and got me on my way.

Quick in and out.

I brought back the truck half full of gas and they did not reimburse me for the gas. I gave uhaul the pick up and destination and they said I declined to go through Blairs and charged me for extra mileage. They never talked to me about my route and I never declined anything. I still have all my text messages and the only email I received was the confirmation of my rental. I am not happy!!!!

Absolute ideal location, parking and storage area. The customer service and friendliness is outstanding. This is an outlet U-Haul should be very proud of.

Clean low mileage truck, everything related to the rental and pick up went very smoothly.

Rented a 6 X 12 trailer and was not offered any assistance other than verbal in hooking up to trailer. Trailer did not have a trailer jack used to raise the tongue and position it over trailer ball. I can understand why is didn't have a jack due to probably that most get torn off, but I needed help that was not available.I found the online reservation website very difficult to navigate and understand the availability of equipment. The online site should be update to more accurately keep up with location of U-Haul's inventory. Had to drive to three different locations and still did not locate the size unit I wanted. One tire was low on air pressure and deflated again during trip. Not a good experience at all.

Had a dirt napkin in the cupholder and leaves in the cargo bay. Otherwise the truck was in good shape. Would have liked having cruise control.

no service. had trouble with connecting the only person was an office person that was not trained or knowledgeable about the equipment. The wiring for the trailer was also damaged. No one checked nor fixed it before we left. Discovered this after dark

I had reserved online, and added 20 furniture pads, when I arrived I was informed that the location had no pads... with no remorse or care. I thought that sucked! So I would not recommend this location.

First, I could not find the location. Second, I reserved a trailer & they had rented out the day before and was expecting the renter to return it by 8 am (my pick up time). The representative apologized for the mistake. He was so polite & helpful. He was very determined to help us. He was able to speak with someone & they were able to work out a contract with us. Finally, things worked out for us.

Staff was very unprofessional, making derogatory comments about another Uhaul location, and taking forever to get everything done and get me on my way. They did not appear to have a clue how to use their computer system to complete the check out.

The representative was the absolute best! I called him and asked if he could please wait for me to arrive as I was coming from and hour away, making it about 30 minutes later arriving to his facility, and he said yes. When you care about your customers things like this are really grand. We will definitely be recommending this location to our partners.

I was missed informed about getting a refund and the location to return was put in wrong. Uhaul in Pineville,NC refuses to take the trailer because it listed Fort Mill,SC as destination that I was going to. Finally got Uhaul dealer on 521 Indian Land to take it back.

Right signal light not working. Salesperson was great a nice guy. Location needs better signage, hard to locate the U-haul sign.

The truck rented had the loudest muffler possible, and driving from Virginia to Texas was annoying; however the truck brought my husband and I have safety.

The young man that was at the desk was VERY helpful to hook up the trailer. Everything was ready when we got there. Excellent service and the trailer was in good shape.

Airpark always gives me great service and great trucks! Couldn't be better, or more convenient. Nice folks!
