The starting fuel level and odometer reading noted on the contract did not match the actual fuel level and odometer reading when I got into and started up the truck.

I spoke to the agent to confirm on 9/12/19. Was told that I could pick the truck up at 9am. Pick up site was changed by Uhaul. No one was there at 9am. Agent did not arrive until 10am. Although she was apologetic, we had hired movers that we had to pay.

Did not have the additional items I requested such as dollies and furniture pads. Computer didn’t work so he had to do everything through his phone.

I didn't like the return requirements on uhaul.com. Taking pictures etc. Pain in the tush.

Actually give the customer the proper paperwork. This include discussing with them about the missing cap that’s covered in aluminum tape... which my copy said I accepted the possibility of water damage. But I didn’t know about it. And the paperwork also includes letting the customer know how full the gas should be when returned. As a result, I filled it over where it was when I picked it up and STILL was charged for gas.

I arrived at 9:50, waited until my time (10) and nobody was there. I called the manager twice with no response. I then called customer support. After being on hold, and about 15 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up the truck, a woman arrived and handed me the key. She didn’t give me any instructions or guidance. I followed her in to clarify where to drop the keys when I get back, and she assured me that there would be a drop box when I return if nobody was there. The truck was not full on gas when I received it (about halfway between a quarter and half full). I moved what I needed to and came back to drop off the truck. Nobody was there when I came back, and there was no drop box. I called customer service and spoke to 3 people. The first hung up on me when transferring, the second gave me a number to call the manager, and the third detailed my experience and confirmed that I could leave the keys in the truck. The manager eventually texted me, after I left a voicemail explaining that nobody was there to receive the truck and I needed to leave, and said that if I was interested in renting a truck they have 2 available for today. Overall, it was a very poor experience. I will not pick up from here again.

It was difficult to locate this location. As a thrift store without any trucks or trailers visible, it was tough to find the location. The person inside that was very helpful and made the drop off process very simple.

My issues aren't completely with this location. Your online scheduling is horrible. Sending me a reservation confirmation and not having either the location I chose or a substitute location is completely asinine. I went to where I thought I was going to pick up the truck at 8 just to find out it's not there. Then we couldn't get ahold of anyone to help resolve the issue until 9 when they told that my reservation was just assigned to a different location. Then drive the location and truck want parked at the location but in the library parking lot across the street where pretty much all the parking is for library and meter parking. The people at the place had no idea about 24/7 pick up so the keys were still in drop off box and they weren't even there when we got there. Their business doesn't open until 10. I believe I schedule my preferred pick time @8am and planned for 9 just in case but we didn't get on the road with uhaul until about 1030. We were on a time frame to get to our destination and pickup our items before they were gone. I'm overall not happy with how things were schedule and handled.
