The issues encountered had nothing to do with the customer service provided. The issues stem from poor internet service. The area is just bad for connecting. I called uhaul directly to try to get through the rental process and still couldn't manage it. The operator of the rental finally had to call his regional manager to complete the rental.

Truck was returned on time and I was charged for an extra day of service. I called the location at 9 AM on the return date to indicate that the truck was returned, but the mobile app wouldn't work. I was assured it would be taken care of to find a $40 extra day fee on my receipt.

They were not expecting us but quickly got us keys to truck and we were on our way. Unfortunately, they didn't do any of the paperwork so uhaul corporate didn't know we had picked up (or that the previous renters had dropped off). But luckily I had taken a photo of the odometer and gas gauge when I picked up and the main dispatch took care of that later in the day.

They were closed when I dropped off the truck.

Was not happy at all. None of the equipment we asked for other than the truck was there and I was still charged and no refund has been issued.

Not a single exterior light on for after hours drop off made things difficult. Owner is a nice guy as I have dealt with him on the past, and if he was asked he would probably add lighting because this is a new dealer. Location is convenient to my area.

Make sure people know this drop off location will require you to drop off the truck and trailer yourself including taking pictures. The business hours should be updated on your site.
