ESTEVAN GThis was not my original pickup location, my reservation was for R&S feedstore in Laredo. But when I got there, they had never heard of me or my reservation. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with uhaul between being put on hold and being transfered, before someone would help me. The nearest location ( supposedly) with my type of trailer was 2 hours away near San Antonio. So I drove a total of four hours to get an auto towing trailer. Only to find the next day when I returned my trailer to the uhaul at 8419 San Dario in Latedo, THAT location had had TWO similar trailers sitting on the lot the whole time , five minutes from where I was. Uhaul reservations are a sick sad joke. Incompetent, inacurate, and devoid of any concern for the customer!
John UVery friendly and responsive customer service. Alamo Feed Store was a pleasant place as well. I was in and out picking up and dropping off. Will return here in the future when in need of a U-Haul truck or trailer.

She helped us piece together a custom move, wanted to make sure every detail was right and took some of the stress/weight associated with moving straight off our backs and said "Here, let me take that!" moliere WThe tow dolly I rented had issues with the ratchet strap. The ratchet would not release. It took about 90 minutes to to get the ratchet to release.

JOHN SMake sure trucks are cleaned out. Had to clean out a good concentration of rodent droppings from the back. It was very dirty inside the back and front.

Kenneth ATruck good. Tow buggy had loose piece so had to go to Lytle to get another. Employees not schooled on newer cars with fob on how to put car into neutral for towing. Had problems in OK so had to go to a O'Reilly. Luckily someone there new the problem. Need to school employees on this.
rhonda dLike I stated previously, get to the drop off, its after hours no big deal. No lights to help calm any anxiety, the uhaul key return box was broken. There was no way to prop it up to protect the keys.

Juan SPick up location was awesome just disappointed in U-Haul as whole. I paid too much and because no 20 footer available so I had to upsize and drive 20 miles to a nearest location for 26 footer. So disappointed. I've had better

ISSA SThe website stated that they'd have our reservation guaranteed or else we get $50. Our reservation wasn't there, and we didn't get $50. I even asked about it.
James CMore rental equipment then I expected for such a small town. Nice to know I dont have to drive 30 miles to pick up a trailer or car dolly when I need one.
