The pickup location was someone's house. She came out in a bath robe and slippers. She had dogs running around freely and feces all over her yard. One of the dogs was a puppy and seemed to have worms and he was all over myself and my aquantice.

Sharon P.We picked up the vehicle at 12:30pm on Monday and dropped it off at 6:05pm the same day. Uhaul called us and accused us of stealing the vehicle because they botched the paperwork- this went on for hours after they said we picked the truck up on Saturday and dropped it off on Corpus Christi. The problem was with dispatch and corporate not with the location. I couldn't believe uhaul was accusing me of stealing a vehicle that I was suppose to pay $43 for - they ended up charging me $143 so my advice go Budget.

Veronica H.Nice folks to rent from. Had to return the trailer unused first time and they refunded all cost. So second tome I used them again even though they where a little out of the way. Worth it!!
Donald S.We arrived on time but no one would come out until I call the U-Haul company and they called them. The man said he was on his way. We had been there 30 minutes when a very pregnant lady came out finally to let us have the trailer. This is not customer service.
