Location was as filthy as the truck. The truck had trash and smelt like urine. I felt really disgusted and that will be the last time I am renting from that location

The truck has bedbugs. Now i have bedbugs im heated. My child is bitten all over and so am I. The location looked dirty but i decided to give it a go because other areas didnt have my truck. But that was unacceptable. Now im having to fight off bed bugs. Merci

Need more dolly’s

To be honest, the agent was somewhat slow, there was not an office, and the truck was poorly maintained-the braking system was irregular, the steering and handling was not good, and shifting into gears was difficult.

This was such a frustrating experience. I arrived to the location on time (10:30am) to pick up my uhaul. There was no one there and I didn't have a code to unluck the key box. Finally someone was able to call the woman who coordinates the location. Once she arrived she asked to see my reservation. She said "oh we don't have a 15' truck" even though that's what I reserved and was confirmed for. Then was told that they also did not have ANY of the equipment I had ordered. I ended up having no choice to take the 10' truck without all the utility dolly's or furniture dolly's I had requested. Finally left at 11:07. The woman that was coordinating was very nice and I realize it's not her fault that everything I had reserved was not available. So I recognize this in Uhaul, and not her. However, this made my move incredibly difficult with the smaller truck, as multiple trips were required and had to extend my time. I am very disappointed in Uhaul and will probably use a different truck rental company next time.

Terrible location, trucks were dirty and not cleaned out, trucks were back to back with junk cars so you couldn't even check the vehicle properly before you moved it from the property. The key wasn't in the lock box. They were able to get me a new truck, but it was a terrible process. Would never recommend.

Was given the wrong code for the lockbox on the app. Thankfully there was a worker from the emissions place finishing up and he was able to call the woman to get the proper code. Had me and my girlfriend standing in the cold for 20 minutes putting in a wrong code. 100 % terrible customer service and will make me question using U-Haul again. But many praises to the worker from the emissions place.

Service was very friendly. However, the mileage didn't match up. I only drove a total of 24 miles and uhaul charged me for 149 miles. I have yet to be refunded my money. (over $120)

When I got in the uhaul they was only 1mile to E in the gas tank I ran out of gas the whole uhaul was nasty

No one there to help and very confusing as to where exactly the property was to determine a suitable place to park the truck.

Even though it was easy to get the truck with Truck Share, the back of the truck had broken glass in it and two syringe tip covers laying on the floor. The back of the truck was open. Behind the truck was a lot of trash and remnants of people sleeping there. There had also been a fire behind the truck. On another note. This was the second location I had to go to so I could get a truck. The first place: Valero, 2448 Chesire Bridge Rd, Atlanta, GA 30324. The truck was not staged for me to pick it up with Truck share and the location was closed. I had to call U-Haul and they were very helpful in finding me a truck to pick up. And this location was worse. There were people sleeping in the truck I was to pick up. Another truck had two people rolling around in it like they were about to have sex. There were many homeless people just hanging around the location and what looked like a drug deal going down when a car pulled in and approached someone. I have rented U-Haul trucks many times over the years, and I must say I was not very pleased.

It was extremely difficult to park the uhaul bc there were such tight spaces from all the other cars there.

Uhaul Corporate has to have more control over the places that they provide vehicle for, because this is my 3rd time having a guaranteed reservation and the place sends me else where cause they do as they please at local stores unchecked and customers such as myself suffer and loss contracts because of it! Now who will straighten my loss from before this last rental!

When I showed up, there was no one there to help me. The owner was off site. I called the 800 number and talked to several people who tried to help. Finally, one 800 rep was helping me find another location, when an employee arrived and called the owner. Through some discussion, and the helpful UHaul and local employee, I eventually was able to rent my truck and trailer. Will NOT use that location again.

The location I originally reserved my truck didn't have it. After driving an hour and getting a Lyft there I was frustrated. After an hour on the phone I was sent to this location for which I had to get yet another lyft ride to and turns out it was just as equally frustrating. There was one returning and had no where to park and 2 of trying to get trucks and no one at the location knew anything but that keys were in boxes. After another 30 mins on hold I never got a response but muddled my way through the website. The scan of the backside of the license alone took 10mins. So frustrating. Lost 2 hours of my move time.

It was difficult to know where to park. The front of the place is full of rental vehicles, and the the back is not easily visible or accessible to someone unfamiliar with the area. It took us about 7-8 minutes of circling to figure it out. Signage would help as well as some type of note when the vehicle is rented.

I picked this truck up using the mobile app early in the morning. After loading the truck and getting on the road to Birmingham, I noticed the A/C did not work. This made for a miserable ride in the heat for over 3 hours (thanks to traffic). Upon drop off, I was told the pick up location was suppose to check to make sure this was working properly. They obviously did not.

I requested furniture pads and a dolly and neither were provided for my off-hours pickup. This wouldn't be such a problem, but I noted it when I returned the truck and the website said someone would be in touch. I never received any communication, and my card was charged for the full amount, including the items I never received

I changed the reservation to include a furniture dolly about 2 days before getting the truck, but no furniture dolly was available. Also to get the reserved blankets and utility dolly, we needed to go into the backs of other trucks there.

The passenger mirror was not tight and vibrated the entire trip. The instability made it more challenging to use at night. No accommodations for waiting customers. However, the customer service was excellent.

Highly recommend this location because I've never had an issue with anything. The trucks are clean and maintained well and Tawanna has come through for me at the last minute with previous rentals. And I truly appreciate the effort her patient and most of all, communication. As a business woman myself, it's so helpful and less stressful when you're working with someone that is working the business with the same energy especially during these times now. Thank you for giving us A+ service everytime!!珞

The location is in a bad area of Atlanta. I dropped the trailer off after hours. I was approached by two men posing as employees of Uhaul. They unhooked the trailer, every thing fine until they demanded money at the end. Concerned for the safety of myself and my son I gave them $20 which is all that I had on me. Worst experience ever....

Tawana was so helpful and kind. She had to check me in because the app would not work. She was great at customer service! Parking space was tight at this location but vehicles were in great shape! There is a gas station very nearby if your truck needs fuel.

Really hard to park large trucks in the location, and tried to ask for help and no one was there.

We were charged for our full reservation amount only to be told that they did not have a trailer when we went to get in the truck. They sent us on a wild goose chase to find one where we ultimately had to pay again! We also got home and noticed they forgot our moving blankets.

The original drop of set up wasn’t even set up to be a uhaul drop off yet, came here instead and didn’t receive any help or direction on where to drop off trailer.
