When I returned the truck,inside some trash and dust ,at the same time worker came out he told me you need clean this ,then I said ok ,after that I picked inside big trash after that some dust inside i said him I am going to clean the trash but he took the picture and right away he gave the truck to someone,then i received the invoice,I saw the receipt he changed $25 for cleaning charge

Alfredo GTruck was leaking oil and the engine was making scary noises. It really needs a good service. Parking lot is small and busy, difficult to maneuver the truck or find a parking spot.
Tiberiu DThe truck performance was shit. you have to push accelerator hard still it manage to reach only 35 kn/hr. I drove 50 km and the owner charged me for 26 L of gas thats insane.

KHAN PBe truthful with customers. I was quoted 3 different rates for mileage - online it was 0,89/km when I went to the store they said it was 1,43/mile I argued that wasn't what was online. They told me it was incorrect and the actual price was 1,09 because it was a weekend and I was actually charged 1,43/km which is almost double what I was originally quoted and more than what the person quoted in the store.

DARNELL LThe person running the location changed my reservation making it cost more which I believe was intentional on his part. Then I wasted an hour and half with customer service on the phone to fix it. This was really frustrating and waste of my time.

SURESH RWe reserved a 15' truck but they gave us a 10' truck as they did not have what we reserved. The truck was also filthy and the pickup location changed to a far, inconvenient location for us. Completely awful experience. We seem to have been overcharged as well. This complaint will be escalated.

Abhishek KTruck license didn't match the contract... The store staff said it's no problem and nothing that can do. I've never had that situation ever before and I've rented a truck at least 30+ times. The interior was smelly, dirty and has exposed wiring. Then, on return Uhall has the audacity to charge me a cleaning fee. Don't pick this location please.

wali gSelf pick up wasn't working with the location. When I switched to pick up inside the store, there was only 1 person cashing out customers (convenience store) and I had to wait over 30 minutes to be able to get the keys for the cargo van. After I receive it, license plate was not matching with online form. I submitted the photos from the cargo van as how I received it and when I went to drop the van, the employee at the store didn't wanted to go outside and check the unit until we mentioned we were going to take video as proof of no damages. Overall, I didn't felt with a piece of mind by renting from this location and wished it was an easier process to rent the units.
Abdessalem MWithin the truck I rented there were no straps and I was forced to purchase straps. Each truck should be equipped with atleast 4 straps per truck. It's a moving company therefor supplies should be on location.

marlona mI reserved a 20' truck to complete my move. When I arrived at the location, I was told that the 20' truck was not available and was offered a 10' truck instead. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the location for pick up, there was only one cashier who had to tend to other customers in the convenience store. I waited for almost 1 hour before I could leave with the substituted truck. I was moving from a condo and the elevator was already booked for 2 hours so I had no choice but to take the 10' truck. Needless to say, it took multiple trips to complete my move. I had to leave my possessions outside and have someone watch them until I could return to reload the 10' truck. The move took 3 times as long and I had to leave some of my belongings to be moved another day.
Kevin GI asked a question if I can return the truck at a different location and the lady started barking " no no we don't do that and you have to go to warden location to pick up if we want to return the truck. And then I said it's okay I'll return it where I am picking it up from. And then she goes "ohhhhhhh I know you won't come back with our truck while shaking her head" I got angry saying what do you mean by that. She goes in the pay someone did the same to us. I said why are you judging a book by its cover. I am just asking a question as I have the right to ask as I'm renting the truck. While I was returning the truck I asked on the website it says $1,09 per Km and they are charging $1,75 and she goes on weekend it's higher rate and it's the price for miles in a Rudely way. She needs some customer service lessons and learn how to talk in calm manner when someone is JUST asking a question. If they see this review and say it's a lie then I want you to contact me so I can go there and ask them and make them feel embarrassed as they are lying.

Dana DPick up was excellent. Very courteous and helpful. Printer was not working so I did not have a contract. Truck was covered in snow and ice. I had to clear it with my own snow brush. Return was horrible. There was no room to park the truck. I am not used to driving a truck. I normally parked away from all cars. The staff person was not happy with the way I parked and asked me to move the truck twice. I was hoping he would park it himself wherever he wanted. He did not want to check the truck and sign me out. He kept saying he would email me a receipt. I waited and forced him to make sure everything was okay before I left.
