Well they told me they had to charge me a minimum of 90 miles so brought the price to 119 $and I still have not gotten my money back even though they told me it would be back on my card as soon as they got the truck back also the main guy was not there to receive the truck and the employee was completely ignorant on how they do uhaul rentals.Mercedes L.

I've always rented my uhaul from Westview automotive. I've always had a top notch experience there. The Sinclair station pickup was the worst. She made up all her own rules, following none of the uhaul rules, and nothing like anything posted on your site. The truck was snow covered with no brush. The mileage listed on the paperwork was incorrect by 2 miles to actual. The gas was incorrect according to paperwork. We didn't walk the truck to make sure there was no damage. The cash deposit was 200 instead of 100.00. She estimated my miles at 50 instead of asking how many miles I estimated. The whole experience was aggravating and started my move off badly. The only good thing I can say was when I returned it way earlier than i thought I would that lady was very kind. Otherwise I would NEVER recommend that spot to rent from and will never do it again. They should NOT be a part of uhaul.Christina D.

Both Ali and Cory we're both friendly and quick on their feet to get my check in completedâ€¦ They came right out check the mileage did a walk around of the truck, inspected the return of my utility dolly, refrigerator dolly and floor dolly & 60 blanketsreturnedâ€¦ Their location and drop off is very convenient and the staff was very friendlyâ€¦ I recommend using U haul on Huron!!John L.
OVERALL THE SERVICE WAS OK.. THE TRUCK WAS CLEAN BUT WHEN I RETURN AND RECIEVED MY RECIEPT I NOTICED THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA MILES THAT I DID NOT USE AND WAS CHARGED 38,00 $ FOR HIGH MILAGE WHICH I HAD ONLY DROVE 14 MILES AND THE RECEIPT SAID I DROVE 35 WHICH WAS INCORRECT. When I got to this location to pick up the truck, the individual on duty didn't really know how to perform the transaction. The person that usually does it wasn't there, it took over a half hour for me to get out of there. Windshield on the truck was so dirty you could hardly see out. However the truck itself worked fine had no issues. This is the second time in a month I have had problems with pickup, the time before I had to go to another location because the truck was not at the location I reserved it at. It cost me about an extra hour which is a lot when you've got people waiting around to help you.james D.

This location was amazing. I had no idea how clean and safe the inside and outside of the store was, and I sure was shocked. The customer service excellent as well. Definitely will buy uhaul's from here again!Steven G.
While All American Sinclair appears very unassuming, their customer service was outstanding and courteous. Cory not only took good care of me and setting up my rental, but was more than accommodating by letting me bump my time back not once, but TWICE, without batting an eye...I was having a bad day. Later, I locked my keys in my car at All American. I asked for help and Tony, who took over the next shift, was awesome and pointed me in the right direction to the fire dept. next door, to help get my keys out...again, I was having a really bad day. I was also worried I was going to go over my rented time. Tony assured me, that as long as I have it back by 9pm, no worries. Which was more than ample time for me to unload into my new apartment and return the truck. All American Sinclair exceeded my expectations for such a small place. Great service, super helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend.Travis W.

There was a lot of miscommunication regarding this location and UHaul. We were scheduled for a truck at 5:30 and didn't get the keys until 6:30pm. UHaul also called to "confirm" the pickup, but when they asked for my info, they just hung up, and after that our reservation disappeared from the system for more than 20 minutes. It was an absolute cluster getting the contract. Would not recommendJoshua H.

Do NOT rent from this location. I was charged TWICE for one rental fraudulently. When I arrived to pickup the truck, the dealer walked me through the rental agreement and said I would have to redwood the card I used to hold the truck. I provided the woman with my card, to which she replied â€œit's easier for me if I just click â€˜customer card not present' so I don't have to type in all the numbers.â€ I was okay with the arrangement, until I realized that it appears that the dealer used this method to double charge me for a single rental. I contested the charge with my bank, to which the dealer provided fraudulent documents stating I rented two units, despite the fact that I have a receipt and reservation email proving I only ordered one truck for one day.Ashley B.

The lady, Lisa who rented me the truck, told me the wrong info which lead me to get way overcharged, then on top of it, she keeps trying to charge me again for what I already paid for! I will be calling Uhauls customer service department today. I will never rent another uhaul from a gas station attendant.Alexandria T.

The lady didn't have the Uhaul system Even running. My reservation was for 10:30 and it took over a hour for her to get me checked it. The trailer was hooked to a moving truck she didn't know how to unhook it or hook it up to my truck. She didn't do anything! She didn't even check the trailer or lights. It was the worst experience you could imagine.! It was at a super busy gas station and she couldn't leave the cash register she just made me wait as she checked tons of people out. Terrible doesn't even get 1 star, My card got charged 51$ and then Ali called me and told me I still owe money went in and paid the rest in cash which was a total of 93$ Between card and cash and then the uhual is emailing me I owe another 50$. I didn't go that far. The personnel on site were not knowledgeable of the product. it was a convenience store. There was only one lady there managing the store, service station and Uhaul. She could not help with the trailer check out, did not know what devices were needed for the lights. I had to call the area manager to send someone to check the trailers safety. It took almost 2,5 hours to get it hooked up and rolling. I am very disappointed in this experience.Keith B.
I was assured they would have an appliance dolly waiting there for me the rope that I had purchased and none of the above was true I ended up having to pay a person to help me get a freezer into the back of the trailer I hurt my back did not get my rope had a very bad experience. The pick up locations were fine, the actual rental was an expensive nightmare. Made reservations for 26 ft truck pick up in Denver, one month in advance. Drive to WI. 2 days before pickup as we were going to fly out, I called to check something, 800 #. No truck for me!!. They had a 15 ft one was it. Outraged. Tried to check other places but nothing available. Some of my stuff still in Denver storage. Would never use them again.pam F.
Sincere thanks to Lisa who was working the service counter when we arrived. The truck reserved for us was not available due to the previous renters keeping the keys. My dollies weren't in the truck, but they had a utility one available for me to take. My reservation was at 10am, and when I did the pick up on my phone, it said my truck would be available when uhaul opened at noon.!? The lady was working by herself, and the station was busy, so it took me over 30 min of waiting and trying to pick up my truck. When I dropped off my truck, they said I went 95 miles...I did not. I went from Westminster to Aurora. The uhaul associate in Aurora checked the system, and says the Sinclair station did not update, or change the mileage from the previous trip, so the vehicle wasn't checked in accurately. He saw Sinclair stations mistake, and I wasn't charged for the additional 60 miles. I was fortunate he was a knowledgable and trained uhaul employee. If this location decides to continue to be a uhaul pick up location, you should invest in training and support. The attendant helping me was very nice, considering the situation of ne being frustrated and delayed, the lack of dollies available but were on my bill, and the constant line forming, plus the guy whose card was denied. She maintained her calm, but uhaul training would benefit everyone.Megan K.

Don't use this dealer. Did not do a truck walk around on truck with me for damage. Did not verify mileage or fuel level with me. tried to send me out with a flat inner dual tire. Customer area for contract is in a corner of the store and you cant even stand facing the counter. This dealer is not set up for a good customer service experience. Very unhelpful and very unprofessional. I wanted to return another rental to them the week before and was told that they do not take equipment that they did not originally rent. Was forced to use them because my preferred location did not have a working vehicle for me to use.Jeffrey R.
We had a terrible experience. We wanted to pick up at a different location, but the truck was only available at this location. I had rented the truck through the app, but this location never used the app or asked to reference it even though the app expressly said that my phone would be required for pick up. We were given no instructions on gas or mileage documentation and received no paperwork regarding these. We rented an appliance dolly, but had to return back to the store when we got home because it was not included. There were cigarette butts and half empty water bottles in the cab. I brought these up to the employee when we went back for the dolly because I didn't want to be charged for any smoking damage. He was very apologetic and offered to let us use the furniture pads for free. He said that in this area, sometimes homeless people come sit in the trucks to smoke. We drove the truck about 50 miles, but when we returned and gave them our mileage, the starting mileage had been put in incorrectly and so we were charged for 150 miles which is an extra 100 $. The employee at the store said the only thing we could do is to call U-Haul customer service which we did.Heather L.
The trucks are in the shadiest gas station ever where the workers are rude and lazy, with no customer service skills at all. The guy who ran the U-Haul portion was friendly and took great care of us but isn't always there. We had to wait almost 1/2 hour for him to show up so we could pick up our reservation. We ended up paying more for a larger truck because he didn't have the truck we reserved through the telephone service. But it was the only truck left in town that day so we did it. If you need a truck in a pinch, It's an ok place to rent as long as you don't have to deal with the gas station employees.Kristin C.

The whole key retrieval process at this location was a disaster. There needs to be a lock box outside for customers to pick up keys or the people working the counter in the gas station need actual training in order to provide the keys. It took three phone calls to the designated Uhaul representative to get the keys to the truck. If it weren't for the excellent service and patience of Gary on the phone, I wouldn't have had the truck at all.Gabrielle B.
