The pick up locations were fine, the actual rental was an expensive nightmare. Made reservations for 26 ft truck pick up in Denver, one month in advance. Drive to WI. 2 days before pickup as we were going to fly out, I called to check something, 800 #. No truck for me!!. They had a 15 ft one was it. Outraged. Tried to check other places but nothing available. Some of my stuff still in Denver storage. Would never use them again.

Sincere thanks to Lisa who was working the service counter when we arrived. The truck reserved for us was not available due to the previous renters keeping the keys. She tried several things to get us a truck that morning, ultimately with success. That kind of service is very much appreciated and it helped keep our move on schedule.

My dollies weren't in the truck, but they had a utility one available for me to take. My reservation was at 10am, and when I did the pick up on my phone, it said my truck would be available when uhaul opened at noon.!? The lady was working by herself, and the station was busy, so it took me over 30 min of waiting and trying to pick up my truck. When I dropped off my truck, they said I went 95 miles...I did not. I went from Westminster to Aurora. The uhaul associate in Aurora checked the system, and says the Sinclair station did not update, or change the mileage from the previous trip, so the vehicle wasn't checked in accurately. He saw Sinclair stations mistake, and I wasn't charged for the additional 60 miles. I was fortunate he was a knowledgable and trained uhaul employee. If this location decides to continue to be a uhaul pick up location, you should invest in training and support. The attendant helping me was very nice, considering the situation of ne being frustrated and delayed, the lack of dollies available but were on my bill, and the constant line forming, plus the guy whose card was denied. She maintained her calm, but uhaul training would benefit everyone.

No idea how to use her U-Haul site to do paperwork so called her boss who doesn’t speak English I had to do my own paperwork to rent your trailer in their computer ridiculous took over an hour and a half and a half and IR Rn had already done everything in the computer from home would never use that service again

Don't use this dealer. Did not do a truck walk around on truck with me for damage. Did not verify mileage or fuel level with me. tried to send me out with a flat inner dual tire. Customer area for contract is in a corner of the store and you cant even stand facing the counter. This dealer is not set up for a good customer service experience. Would not recommend using this dealer.

Nobody at this place knew how to rent out the uhaul ,then I waited for an employee to get a hold of the owner finally, she did and I had to do everything over the phone. Of course uhaul wouldn’t hear about my issues but they sure did collect my money.

Very unhelpful and very unprofessional. I wanted to return another rental to them the week before and was told that they do not take equipment that they did not originally rent. Was forced to use them because my preferred location did not have a working vehicle for me to use.

We had a terrible experience. We wanted to pick up at a different location, but the truck was only available at this location. I had rented the truck through the app, but this location never used the app or asked to reference it even though the app expressly said that my phone would be required for pick up. We were given no instructions on gas or mileage documentation and received no paperwork regarding these. We rented an appliance dolly, but had to return back to the store when we got home because it was not included. There were cigarette butts and half empty water bottles in the cab. I brought these up to the employee when we went back for the dolly because I didn’t want to be charged for any smoking damage. He was very apologetic and offered to let us use the furniture pads for free. He said that in this area, sometimes homeless people come sit in the trucks to smoke. We drove the truck about 50 miles, but when we returned and gave them our mileage, the starting mileage had been put in incorrectly and so we were charged for 150 miles which is an extra $100. The employee at the store said the only thing we could do is to call U-Haul customer service which we did.

The trucks are in the shadiest gas station ever where the workers are rude and lazy, with no customer service skills at all. The guy who ran the U-Haul portion was friendly and took great care of us but isn’t always there. We had to wait almost 1/2 hour for him to show up so we could pick up our reservation. We ended up paying more for a larger truck because he didn’t have the truck we reserved through the telephone service. But it was the only truck left in town that day so we did it. If you need a truck in a pinch, It’s an ok place to rent as long as you don’t have to deal with the gas station employees.

Please take pictures of everything before you start - inside, outside, and odometer! I was overcharged mileage, and the owner became combative and dismissive when I requested a refund for the excess mileage charges. The was the least professional location I have ever dealt with.

The whole key retrieval process at this location was a disaster. There needs to be a lock box outside for customers to pick up keys or the people working the counter in the gas station need actual training in order to provide the keys. It took three phone calls to the designated Uhaul representative to get the keys to the truck. If it weren't for the excellent service and patience of Gary on the phone, I wouldn't have had the truck at all.

I received no paperwork or receipts for the cash I prepaid. I was forced to talk to the owner on the same phone as the attendant who was obviously sniffling, coughing and recovering from a cold. The owner I spoke with was difficult to understand on the phone. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with renting a U-Haul. truck. I am not even sure if I will be credited for the large amount of cash I paid.

There was no one there for working hours. I dropped off the keys in the lock box prior to checking out on my mobile device. I called customer service and they entered in the info I dropped it off and instructed me to call after noon on Sunday. I called 3x on Sunday and 2x on Monday. The number never worked. Finally on the last call Monday night to the national customer service center they were able to check me out. She did say that she called the place and it did not work and she was not able to get a hold of the area manager and was not able to get a hold of the manager above them. I received an email Tuesday afternoon with my receipt. I returned it at 7PM Saturday.

The uhaul manager was too busy with other items to serve me. it took over 30 minutes to complete the rental, and I had already did reservation online. The service manager could barely speak legible English. The vehicle was very dirty on outside. The seats in the cab were overly dirty and had much dog hair on the seats.

Please do Not over charge the customers. Dirty vehicles. Not enough equipment. Really rude and bad customer Service (I am using an other company for future service request) Really Disappointed! Can’t believe I got charge on my debit card $141.50 and He still asked me for $25 extra on cash!! For only 36 miles!!!! This is making me feel I got to post this on YouTube and Facebook. To Who may this concern. Thanks.

The owner made the rental experience a good one. The truck was new and ran great. This location has plenty of trucks and is in a great location for pick up and drop off.
