This place does not look like a u-haul place at all, it is a small office and they use an open area over the grass to store the cars and I went there, there was no u-haul truck or trailer parked so I had to go into the office and ask whether I am at the right place

Employees smoke inside this location and it was disgusting to stand there to smell it. The lady who helped me was nice though

Do not go for the "discount offer to drive the truck to another location". It is not worth the extra time and money spent to do this just so another location can have a truck. Total Rip off.

U haul rep did not know where uhaul was located. No maintenance done before cross County trip. Windshield fluid out. Front end needs alignment and maintenance. Uhaul links sent expired. You could have killed me and my family with the reckless disregard for my safety. Van was dirty and with rock nicks in Windshield which is a safety hazard. This van should NOT have been rented to me without maintenance or at least a inspection by a uhaul employee not parked by the last renter and the key dropped for the next unsuspecting renter. I was leaving an abusive situation and you further traumatized me. Do better.
