Very unprofessional staff. Even when asked to speed the check out, he was explaining that he will only do the way he wants to do it. He will not speed it only because we asked him to. He didn't care that we're late for work, because U-haul changed our dropp off location and he wasn't there in the first place. When I called the U-haul (who rescheduled it and promised that I can return the truck earlier), they said that there's nothing they can do. But I strongly believe that they should have assisted with better service. Just horrible feelings are left after visiting this location... would never want to come back!!!
