Mike CThe representative was more concerned about taking pictures of her dog than acknowledging there was a customer standing there waiting for serve. Also, didn't know there was scheduled pickup reservation. I did online reservation AND check-in online which was supposed to speed things up, but it was about the same time as if I were walk in the Los Rios Plano location and wait in line.
Keith LThe woman here is absolutely rude and ridiculous. So much so that I had to change my reservation from counter to mobile pick up just so we didn't have to deal with her. I don't recommend this location at all.
HAILEE FLocation is great. Truck was clean but I did found good breaking of Truck. Please have check on breaking operation which may drive risk for future driver.
Paresh BRepair trailers that have been roughly used. Check the lights better.get newer trailers. I used a car hauler but has been well used bent up, some running lights I fixed. Over all up keep not being done. Just bring them in and push them to the next customer without doing proper maintenance and up keep.

This was the first time I had ever rented a U-Haul. Had a smile on her face from the time we walked in the door, explained everything in detail make sure we understood I would definitely recommend her and this location to anyone thank you Kim so much for all your kindness and help.

Thomas MAssign a new location, Jennifer was horrific needs to be taught people skills, displayed unprofessionalism, over speaking customer n oversell on insurance!! She should not be representing U-Haul, I have been a customer in Calif.,Florida, n never had a problem, n charged extra $20 a convenience fee which I did not ask for!! She never advised me if this addition fee!! Only stated I would get an email with final charges!! N now I request the refund for the overcharge she applied, no other uhaul has ever charged when I dropped off!! Get rid of that location!!
Isabel FOnline it says the trailers can be hooked up with a 1⅞ inch hitch and ir can only be hooked up to a 2in hitch

ADAM MI would like to start off by saying a HUGE thank you to Jill in the front office! Without getting too specific and wasting characters, I was absolutely blown away by the speed and efficiency of which Jill and her team were able to settle the complex issues concerning my Uhaul truck and trailer rental from the southern border. I brought my wife and my two babies with me to wait in the car outside, needless to say I was not only stressed about my complex situation but I was also in a big time rush. The office area is so cozy and family friendly my stress quickly began to melt as I took pictures of some of the funny signs and posters on the wall for my wife and I to laugh at later(she loved 'em haha). Jill's demeanor perfectly matched her homely and inviting office. Though, most appreciated was her efficiency above all. We laughed and talked and debated, and the whole time her work pace didn't slow a second. Not only was the conclusion quickly reached, but she made the calls and fought the fight for the outcome that I most hoped for. Thank you Jill. 100x's over! Improves: give us more employees like Jill and David!

BESRAT AMaybe next time, put in the correct customer order! I added an appliance to my rental but didn't see one in my truck. It is very hard to move house when you don't have an appliance dolly! So I had to drive an extra 16 miles to go grab one from another location! Lost time AND gas!

Gary NI did not appreciate the way that the woman, Jill I think, has spoken to me over the phone over a question. She makes you feel stupid and cuts you off. I also ran into an issue in the past last year with the same woman with getting my vehicle serviced over there. The work was great, the checking in and out with her was not. I would have never chosen this place had I known this would be the same place I had a bad experience with.

Jignesh MThe location is great, but the UHaul app is a frustrating nightmare. I also was charged more than my final cost twice on my credit card, before even leaving the property when picking up the UHaul. The charges are both still.on my credit card as of now. I'm hoping this will be resolved.
Brent PVehicle was not clean (water bottle, two empty rolls of tape, a single glove, mud and gravel left on the floorboard, windshield was dirty and hard to see out off. No windshield fluid to clean it. Dash was dirty covered in dust and the last person's trash . The vehicle has transmission issues it had problems shifting when accelerated from a stopped position.. maintenance light came on and ABS light came on but would disappear when the vehicle was turned off and back on.. overall this was a disappointing experience.
