Great in all ways!
PAUL DI asked for a an appliance dolly and got a regular dolly. I also asked for 2 furniture dolly's. They called me day before no said they only had 1. That's fine. But when I got the truck nothing!!! I want my $17 back!

SHELLY BYour app sucks!! We had to have a uhaul representative come to help us along with 2 other people renting trucks. I did to preliminary info and the day of, I spent an hour and a half on the phone with a representative telling me to clear out the internet and start with uhaul.com again and again. We left that location and went to another dealer and they called the representative to meet us back at the original location. It was a horrible experience and caused us to loose time we could have been loading our storage unit. It started sprinkling and we have to go back next weekend to finish with a truck and we'll have to make about 4 to 5 pickup loads when we could have had the truck to do 1 load. We've rented trucks several times (we worked for a moving company and rented truck all the time) and never had that much trouble renting the truck. If not for the representative we never could have had the app work to give us codes for the truck keys. We will never rent through the app again!! The app sucks!! We lost time and money.

NICHOLAS GThe worst customer service. I had a trouble with getting my lock key and the i called the 1800 number and the person was help me she was very rude and disrespectful. I do rent a truck more often for business and personal she told me there is nothing i can do for you to help you! I feel like she needs more customer service training.

Billy VI received a text message to upload my drivers license. I did so, but did not receive any follow up about next steps. When I arrived a female worker spoke to me like I was stupid. She said I needed to do a lot more steps, basically saying it's not just upload your license and that's it. I understand there are more steps, however, as I mentioned I did not receive any follow up instructions after uploading my drivers license from the text message link I received from U-Haul. I was embarrassed and did not appreciate the conversation with the female at All Pro Autocare, nor the lack of help from U-Haul text feature guiding me through next steps. In context, I arrived after closing time at All Pro Automotive, I just so happened to catch the female worker leaving the building in her Jeep around 5:30pm. After speaking with her I politely thanked her and went back to my car. From my car I went to my email reservation and began following directions from there. I eventually figured it out and gained access to the U-Haul vehicle. In retrospect, I should have ignored the text message and followed the instructions from the email confirmation I received.

Mike CThe representative was more concerned about taking pictures of her dog than acknowledging there was a customer standing there waiting for serve. Also, didn't know there was scheduled pickup reservation. I did online reservation AND check-in online which was supposed to speed things up, but it was about the same time as if I were walk in the Los Rios Plano location and wait in line.
Keith LThe woman here is absolutely rude and ridiculous. So much so that I had to change my reservation from counter to mobile pick up just so we didn't have to deal with her. I don't recommend this location at all.
HAILEE FLocation is great. Truck was clean but I did found good breaking of Truck. Please have check on breaking operation which may drive risk for future driver.
Paresh BRepair trailers that have been roughly used. Check the lights better.get newer trailers. I used a car hauler but has been well used bent up, some running lights I fixed. Over all up keep not being done. Just bring them in and push them to the next customer without doing proper maintenance and up keep.

This was the first time I had ever rented a U-Haul. Had a smile on her face from the time we walked in the door, explained everything in detail make sure we understood I would definitely recommend her and this location to anyone thank you Kim so much for all your kindness and help.

Thomas MAssign a new location, Jennifer was horrific needs to be taught people skills, displayed unprofessionalism, over speaking customer n oversell on insurance!! She should not be representing U-Haul, I have been a customer in Calif.,Florida, n never had a problem, n charged extra $20 a convenience fee which I did not ask for!! She never advised me if this addition fee!! Only stated I would get an email with final charges!! N now I request the refund for the overcharge she applied, no other uhaul has ever charged when I dropped off!! Get rid of that location!!
Isabel FOnline it says the trailers can be hooked up with a 1⅞ inch hitch and ir can only be hooked up to a 2in hitch
