The van was comfortable and provided ample space for our project. We highly recommend the van.

Todd Fthe associate in Knoxville were truck was picked up, was exceptionally friendly and very helpful and made us feel great about using him as a location pick up. the customer service provided over the phone needs work. had issues of being on hold for over 20 minutes and not less than 13 minutes. one woman was brief and moody and didn't get my request to extend my lease in the system (I believe name was Tia) grrrr but I was able to get it resolved and extended as needed due to bad weather (stressful already since we were moving my deceased father inlaws belongings)

David DWe originally wanted a different location but were told we couldn't pick up there even though we made our reservation a week in advance. Equipment was NOT maintained! We had bald tires on our trailer and ended up getting a flat on our way home. This trailer should have never gone out with these tires! All 4 tires were horrible! I think we should get a partial refund for the equipment going out this way and for the trouble of getting a flat on the road! This could have ended in a huge mess with causing an accident on the interstate!! Both I-70 towing and the Omaha location stated that this could have been a much worse situation if that tire had blown! You can check with them! Just couldn't believe that you let tires get that bad on your equipment when your business is for that equipment to travel!
Jeff VStaff were efficient in helping me complete the contract and preparing the vehicle. However, I had to go into the building to complete the transaction, and they were not wearing facemarks and did not offer to put one on. Given Tennessee's COVID rates, this seemed inappropriate.

MARK SWe had to rent this U-Haul on a last minute notice. The man working at the U-Haul with the name James. He was so helpful to our family. He has great customer service skills. Your company has a great asset in James.
