brian D.I had a reservation for an auto transport trailer at a different location, but when I got there, they did not have the proper trailer for my SUV. Fortunately, All Pro Tune Up was just down the road and had the proper trailer. They got me loaded up and out the door quickly and efficiently. They were excellent in explaining everything to me and ensuring that my car was properly loaded and secured onto the trailer.

TOM F.My reservation was set for the location less than a mile from my house. I arrived to find out that my truck was not there but the reservation was fulfilled at another location 3 miles away. Though it may not seem far it was an inconvience and delayed my moving by 1 hour. Since I was going to be charged 0,99 a mile. I paid 6 $more because they didn't deliver the truck to the site I requested. We were on a budget and each dollar mattered. Why did the reservation system show a truck available at my original location when in fact it wasn't? That's bad business. I now remember why I chose Budget when we moved last. Clean up your act Uhaul.

Thomas A.Steve went above and beyond to get the lights working on a auto transport. This was the second location, second auto transport. The issue ended up being fuses on the truck, which was already loaded and picked up from a different location the previous day. Had Steve not been tenacious to help we would have been unloading and reloading. Thanks Steve

Troy S.The auto carrier jack stand was not lubricated properly and it took my every bit of twenty minutes to lower and raise the standards. I had to put all of my 265 pound body into getting it up and down. This place is a car repair shop so the condition of the jack stand should be up to par. Plus I believe I was charged twice for the auto carrier. I still need to look at my paperwork first.
Dennis S.Excellent experience. Went here after another UHaul dealer (Bagdad location) reserved me a trailer to pick up at 8:00 am, but they don't open till 9:00 am. The guys ar All Pro had me signed up and on the road in minutes and saved my schedule.

John S.They were not trained on the rental software and they were very rude. I have rented U-Haul many times and it never took more than 5 or 10 minutes to pick up the reservation. This time it took over 30 minutes and 2 people who didn't know what they were doing. I will never pick up from this location again.

Diane P.The service was excellent, however, when I reserved a 15 foot truck, I expected to receive a truck with a 15 foot bed, not a truck with a 12 foot bed and a 3 foot cubby hole over the cab. The description of your trucks is misleading and caused me to have to leave behind items I had intended to move with me.

Ferral W.Issues with reservation for a one way, and pick up store informed me that there was a mistake and no other rentals available. Reservations center needs to be improved, customer service is the most important part of using your services. I have called customer care and they could not help and emailed the regional manager for help concerning this reservation mistake on your representative and there has been no response! The rental was returned and I was told the VPN manager over the area would contact me in regards to the mistake made from original reservation. I was told I could turn this rental to the nearest location when reservation was made and I did so, I should not be charged for someone else's mistake. Please have someone call me to correct this matter.
